    Had appt scheduled for quote at 9am 3/10 - at 9:20 I texted him (as that is the only way he will communicate with me) to let him know quote no longer needed, any update on why no contact and no show? He texted back harassing and incredibly rude, telling me my attitude needed adjusting despite lack of professionalism on his part, and completely missing a scheduled appt without contacting the client. Reading his other online reviews, he is abrasive and rude and harassing to many others as well. I had to block my contractors number just so he would stop texting me about my personality, and making excuses for no call/no show

    This went into our spam personal email inbox. I only just received this notice. I am the wife of the owner and was very sick for over 2 weeks with an upper respiratory infection. I didn't even work my actual profession, nor did I check email on our personal email. You should have contacted the business website or email (www.plasterperfectionllc.com or ********************************* We never did any work for *******. We were supposed to give her a free quote on the morning of a snow storm. School had been canceled and so he was at home with children. In the text, he apologized that he missed her appointment, but she was upset because she got up on her day off. We did not ever meet her in person. We will not contact her. We have a lot of work that we do for many different people in different areas of west ******** that are very pleased with our work. If someone is going to file a complaint with the BBB for a missed appointment, we would prefer not to work for this person as from our personal experience once a person is dissatisfied for any reason, it's very difficult to create a new impression. We wish her the best in the future, but ask that she not contact us again in the future.

    If the BBB really wanted to get in touch with Plaster Perfection LLC - they could have easily googled us and seen the 4.5 stars we have from very satisfied customers.

    I am rejecting this response because: the business still treated me poorly after a no call no show. I could not care less about ****** reviews - it is incredibly rude to your clients time to not inform them of a cancellation. All of those reasons are 100% acceptable. Not communicating in a professional capacity, and calling your clients crazy, is not. And dont worry, I have zero interest in working with you either. Kisses!
