    Horrible company. They literally will make you give them almost double for a security deposit... But won't fix nothing. How have you move into a house that's falling apart. Tell you that these people that people are coming to fix it and will never come. Then infested with cockroaches. Every appliance that I've owned has fried. Only been here 3 months. They never will answer the phone unless it's time for rent. They will send you a late rent notice a couple days before the first when it's due. Still waiting for an exterminator to exterminate these creatures. I have a family of seven we have no more money to move with. We put thousands into this house since we moved in. Horrible company don't ever rent from them.

    They are scammers, they make you work for little to nothing and they wont pay you for the time you worked. The owner finds people that he can belittle to work for him and his secretary doesnt pay when she supposed to.
