My company has been working with *** for a number of years now as a service provider to most of their properties. In that time, we have had a very positive experience in terms of their professionalism and knowledge of their business. They are constantly working in the best interest of the properties that they manage, and it shows. The *** billing process is streamline and easy to deal with and there is always an open line of honest and straightforward communication so that everyone is on the same page. In my capacity as treasurer on the board of our association in *********************, I am pleased to inform you that we have partnered with Association Property Managers this past year as our management company. Their recent application has enhanced transparency within our organization. Board members now have the ability to access phone calls, ***** emails and text messages sent to our residents. Additionally, we have implemented ********* Balances, General Ledger, Budget vs. Actuals, Vendor Ledgers, Deliquencies etc., which have streamlined financial management for our association.Association Property Managers LLC
