I bought a dupe from them of Navitus Ambrosia Imperiale and it smelled like old lady toilette water...not even in the ball park. The stated that they will keep redoing the scent until they get it right but that I needed to provide them with a sample of the original scent...***?? Why wouldn't a company that replicates perfumes not have a steady supply of the OG samples on hand? My advice is to steer clear of Fragrance Revival...FRAUDS!!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! They send you OFF in a bottle and label it perfume. Then switch the liquids of the original bottles they send into two different sample vials and swap the names. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS OF HARRASSING THEM FOR A REFUND!!!! They only respond promptly when you escalate their FRAUD.Scentmatchers.com

1 starHorrible company that makes a subpar product that is supposed to smell similar to an original formulation and it doesn't. When the company contacts them to ask for removal they disrespect them and name call. They are horrible and not recommended.Review fromTerry E

1 starOrdered a cologne when I received it it smelled like pure alcohol and ethanol and smelled nothing like the cologne. I received a response stating that they can recreate it or I could get a refund. I requested a refund. After numerous attempts I got no call back no email back and the phone number goes straight to voicemail. Ive been trying for 10 days and nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THEIVES ??Review fromJoe G

1 starIt’s been over two weeks I have not received any email letting me know the progress of the scent I ordered I’ve tried emailing and calling them they don’t respond I need my money back or my product the first time I purchased something from them years ago the bottle was leaking fragrance however the product smelled really good so I thought I would give them a chance definitely a waste of time and money. 1 starI just received my order from Fragrance Revival (which I understand used to be Scentmatchers). I ordered a discontinued fragrance of which I still have 1/3rd bottle. But even as I opened the FR bottle, and could smell the inside of the cap, I could tell the fragrance is absolutely nothing like the one I ordered for them to match. The fragrance I ordered is a black tea cologne with **************** The scent I received is an unpleasant floral (maybe rose?) with a nutty dry hint. But not only is it nothing like I ordered, it smells terrible. Unfortunately, because I am in ********* and had to wait for a family member to bring it over, it is too late for a return, as the company say they refund your money if you are not satisfied. I am so very disappointed, as the product I received is truly terrible, nothing like they claimed they could provide, and certainly not worth $70 per bottle. I can only pour this down the drain it is so bad.Review fromChris B

1 starOrdered from them never got a email with a tracking #. I called customer service, and guess what!!! , the phone # is out of service.
