    Date: 12/20/22 Amount: Only the VacMaster portion of the attached settlement receipt so $43.88. This is totaled from: $36 * **** (Buyers Premium) * **** (Tax) = $43.88.Item: VacMaster $36.00 item from auction Issue: Item was sold as untested and used though it smelled of sewage, had mold on it, sand in the bottom, and all screws were rusted. It looked like someones basement flooded of sewage and it was sold. I tried to clean some of it though the vacuum itself doesn't work due to the damage.Response: Contacted via phone on 12/21, they said they would get with their husband and call back. Due to holidays called back on 1/3 and left another voice-mail asking for refund and to return. Contacted on 1/4 via phone, reached receptionist and they were to call back when owner was in, no call back received. Sent messages over ******** messenger to business which were read and asked for refund and next action steps.I just want the refund for the cost and to return the sewage/moldy vacuum which should not have been sold.
