    *************** ********** lied to me about the ViaSat internet service he sold me and the speeds it would provide. I contacted ************* shortly after the installation of the satellite internet installation at my home. He basically told me I had to contact ViaSat with any issues. As it turns out, the issue was with the installation done by ****'s installer at Down to Earth Media. The installer used a coax cable I had run during construction that is not sufficient to support the speed needed to properly use the ViaSat internet services. I learned of this when a new ViaSat local sales office called me telling me that they took over my account from **********************. They sent a technician to my home and said not only was the wire that was used wrong, but the placement of the dish was in a spot that would not meet the standards of ViaSat. I have been trying to get out of this ViaSat contract for almost a year which has been a nightmare and have gotten little to no help from **** at Down to Earth Media. He basically sold me the service by lying to me and collected his commissions.
