    I'm very surprised to see such a negative review so lets balance the scales a bit.
    My thoughts regarding the owners wife are nothing but positive. She was friendly,
    professional and responded to all my inquiries in a timely manner. Waldron Drilling came out the very next day. They apologized they could not respond the very afternoon since we
    had no water. The workers were friendly and very respectful of our property. The owner came out himself to update progress and to answer any questions. They explained fully what they would do to back their work. AND I was invoiced significantly less than the estimate. At this point (2 months later) I am totally happy with their work and would
    recommend without reservation.

    The workers were really nice and through.The secretary and wife of owner is a real piece of work. I called to ask a question about additional work that needs to be done and if it could be added to invoice and she just started screaming at me telling me they weren't going to pay for additional work. She totally misunderstood every thing I was asking and wouldn't even shut up long enough for me to explain. Very poor customer service. She really needs to take a break. I was so bewildered by her that I feel sorry for her in a way. Never deal with them again.
