    I bought a condo Jan. 23 2023. Got the payment book for Assocation fees first payment end of Feb. 8 or 9 months go by with no letters emails or texts they say i am behind for no payment for Jan and Feb. I ask why I would owe for *** since i did not own the place until the 23rd. For months and months i ask the question and I get no reply back or I get the response of we dont understand your question. It's not hard to understand. Still ask the question with no answer back. Then one response back I get is we are turning you over to our lawyers for collection. But still get a person asking me what's going on and next morning answer back from someone else was we turned you over to our lawyers you have to deal with them.So not as if I have not been trying just not getting help from the company.I get the letter from the lawyers telling me I have 10 days to pay or they are putting a lien on my condo and they are going encourage their client to commence a foreclosure action. My condo is paid in full and the total they are looking for is $1,137.50 with $262.50 being legal fees. It says the association by **** says I will have to pay them. In all the time I have been here no one from the association has sent me any info on it or even introduced themselves to me.Now the bank that takes my association fees out of my account informs me that my July payment did not go through because the management group has put a freeze on my account. Don't see how that is going to help when its just going to say I did not make a payment. Money is there they don't want to collect it. This has been going on and on with no answer just being ignored or being told they dont understand my question of why I owe for *** when that would have been paid for by the owner before me. And I wonder why so much time went by with no notice to me about being behind as they say.

    February 23,2023 multiple calls and sending request for emergency sewer pump failure.No call back.March 6got letter about job request scheduled.Letter was sent on March 1.only one sewer pump in whole building.My understanding it is managements responsibility to keep pump running to prevent flooding i the building .Unit with pump *********************************************************

    Hello, for many years, I have put in work requisites for ************ Carroll to fix problems listed under the frame of Liberty Square Condo Associations.I live in the Liberty Square condo's and work that I am submitting requests for are not being completed. Our monthly association fees have doubled over the last ten years (****** monthly) and our property has fallen into a state of disrepair and degradation. Weeds are not being removed. We are inundated with spiders because they do not cut the hill behind my home nor do they trim the bushes. We have a ton of dead trees as well.I have submitted multiple requests for my siding to be replaced (after a storm). Instead, they patched it, did not sand it and painted it a different color. It looks terrible. I submitted several requests for them to fix my drive way. After five years, they came here and cut one concrete slab longer than the other and cut one in half to replace them and it looks terrible (like a cheap patch work quilt). I have POTS syndrome and they refused to pull weeds. The weeds grew longer than waist height and I had to do it with a fast heart rate. I am a nurse and disabled at intervals because of POTS syndrome.We have NO value for the money. We have mostly elderly people here and they are outside in 100 degree weather pulling weeds and doing lawn care that we pay **********/ ****** to do. They are not maintaining our property. We feel defrauded and this is a misappropriation of our funds.They have a staff there named ********* who is rude & has been ALLEGEDLY abusive on the phone with elderly owners. It took 3 years to fix sprinklers.Please make them refund our association fee and we will do the work OR fix our concrete work. fix our siding, re-sod the grass , spray weed killer etc. Also, their worker broke my glass door and they replaced it with a cheaper one instead of my nice door that I had. I have enclosed some pics of before and the decline.Please help us Better Business Bureau. Please!!!!

    I am filing this on behalf of my 79 year old mother. ********** Carroll is our condo management company, On 8/16/22 a plumber from ********************************* was called because only hot water was coming out of the faucet and the floor felt warm. The condo has no basement and is on a cement slab. The plumber found that the hot water pipe under the slab has cracked. They will have to tear out the drywall and the tub to get to the pipe. The estimated cost is $7000. The plumber called ********** Carroll Management Company and explained the situation, They said they would get back to us. They never have. We have called every day for 2 weeks now and the receptionist just puts us through to voicemail and no one calls us back. The plumber had to shut the hot water off and told my mom to only turn it on for short showers. We don't have any receipts yet because we are waiting on ********** Carroll company to call us back in case they have specific contractors they use. This is beyond wrong when they know the hot water had to be turned off and they just ignore our calls.
