If i could give less than one star i would... for starters.Do not believe what you hear on the radios, all that is, is highly paid advertising by Dr. ********************** himself. If this practice isnt the BIGGEST scam to society, i dont know what is. They sell you with their "free" consultation that they offer, make you feel warm and fuzzy walking in for the first time. Until Dr. ********************** walks into the room. My wife was going to get her eyes done at the Yaldo Eye Center seeing as the reviews that you read here and elsewhere are phenomenal and they are on the radio supposed to be "the best" around. Couldnt be farther from the truth. They are SUBSTANTIALLY higher priced than most anyone in the area. Now my wifes situation is different, only one of her eyes are bad, but due to their "discounts" Dr. ********************** persisted very firmly she should just get both eyes done, even though he himself, said that she did not need it. Now im no doctor, and i did not take an oath, but i know within it, it states to not provide "overtreatment" to his/her patients. Which in our case, they did the exact opposite. Now to get back to the consultation, it will go with ease, and then to book your appointment, you must put a $250 deposit down, what they dont tell you is that its non refundable, for "supplies" necessary for surgery. We waited more than a year, to get surgery done and due to lifestyle changes we were forced to cancel the surgery. So in conclusion, your consultation is not "FREE" as they advertise it. Its $250, that you must pay for, not your insurance. Do yourself a favor and see any other doctor in the metropolitan area, as i feel that this practice isnt doing it for the best interest of their patients, they do it for the benefits of themselves!
