    I ordered the full mask as well as the neck collar. Ive been ordering the peptide serum that works alongside the mask to supposedly make it more effective. I had 2 orders of the serum on a monthly subscription so that I wouldnt run out but found out very quickly I ran thru it due to the sm size of the bottle. So I decided recently to purchase 2 additional bottles as xtra. I spent $118 plus tax (which I discovered they charged me 2 different prices for the **** same bottles). Then I receive an email a couple days later notifying me that the items I JUST PURCHASED was temporarily sold out however my cc was already charged for a product that was advertised as being available & now wasnt !!!!! They are selling products under false pretenses!! I researched the website once again today & it is still saying its available but now that I sent several complaints to them they all the sudden decide to put preorder ship by Jul 1 ?!?! Excuse me but first this was not on there when I ordered last week and second JULY 1st is welllll past as we are now at July 18th!! This is completely unexceptable, unprofessional & LED Esthetics needs to start doing right by their customers!!!! These are NOT cheap products & NOT worth the hundreds of dollars I paid. I would give them negative stars if that was an option!!!! I have requested a full refund for all my ************ will take my business elsewhere

    I ordered the ********** 7.0. When I wore it the first time, it was painful and left dents in my forehead that were there for over 12 hours. The second time I wore it, I laid on my back and let it rest on my face. That left dents and marks on my forehead, nose, and eyes. When I informed the company I wanted to return it, I found out there is a $15 return fee. I asked that to be waived considering the product was unusable. I was then told that the new ********** Pro "solves all the problems" of the ********** 7.0. and was offered 10% off the Pro and they'd waive the return fee. I informed them that that was much more than I was able to spend and I had an issue with the fact they were selling a product that they knew had problems. I was then told I could return the 7.0 and pay a return shipping fee. I also wrote a review on their website and it is nowhere to be seen. They're knowingly selling a faulty product and apparently hiding poor reviews and then charging people to return their faulty product.

    Ordered my Pro mask for almost $400 and before I had it for 3 months the neck mask started malfunction. The said the could do nothing about it. I also just found out I could of signed up for 1 year warranty, but only with 30 days of purchase. This information should of been told to me directly after my purchase. LED Esthetics only cares about selling and making money, not about customer service and supporting their customers with their purchases. I will not be purchasing anything from them and will not be recommending LED Esthetics to my esthetician clients.

    $330 product and it has only worked half of the six months Ive owned it. They told me I could try purchasing a new remote but the three I already have do not work.

    I ordered a mask and was sent a dirty and poorly wrapped mask. It had clearly been used and returned. I contacted customer service and I was able to exchange as I was within the 30 days of their policy. I used the 2nd mask for 3 months, as instructed, and truly the results are amazing. BUT I am now having problems with random shut off, both at beginning and throughout the 30 minutes of treatment. I contacted the company, and sent a video as requested. Their disappointing response was to send a link to purchase a replacement part for this defective mask.The technology is amazing, but the company is very sketchy and obviously cuts corners. Their website has no way to leave reviews. Judging by the few others left here, there is a very good reason for this absence. You will love the results, but there are MANY other vendors of good repute with excellent customer ratings. BUY ELSEWHERE. I should have known better as the phone number of their website is non-functional.
