2 starsI've tried to get through to someone to speak about my account with very little success. First time I waited 30mins and then left a # for the to call back. No call back.2nd time I wanted over 2hrs with no answer as of yet. I'm starting to wonder if this is legit. We apologize that your experience included a long wait time. Our goal is to answer calls as quickly as possible, but we acknowledge some of our wait times have been longer lately. We understand that can be frustrating. We sincerely apologize for the wait to get your questions answered. We also understand your concern that the wait times are different for new versus existing clients. New clients are handled by a different department, and we have seen longer wait times in our department for existing clients. We continue to hire and train employees for both of these departments, and we are committed to improved answer rates. To resolve your issue, we have spoken to you on the phone three times. 2 starsI paid over 9,000$. I had an early pay off date amount after being with them for 3 years and come to find out the pay off amount was incorrect. I had a 7$ late payment. I wasnt contacted and wasnt able to contact anyone. I was always able to get in touch with someone. Thats crazy. Never missed a payment. It missed up my credit score. I dont know who to talk to you. Overall, they were very responsive and resourceful in the beginning. I dont know about the terminating stage of the processGreenPath Financial Wellness

We reviewed your account and had a member of our GreenPath staff reach out to explain what happened. The additional $7 was charged to your account after ********************** had called to check the balance. When we distributed your funds to that account, we were unaware of the additional $7. GreenPath typically asks clients to review credit card statements after payoffs to ensure balances are at zero. We know that can be overwhelming to remember, so we recently implemented a text message system to remind clients to review statements. On the follow-up call with you, GreenPath staff also discussed possible next steps towards improving credit score and financial health. We hope this call resolved your concerns. 4 starsGREAT PROGRAM! Thank You!Greenpath was recommended by my local credit union. I was searching for way to improve my credit, and this was exactly what I needed. They did all the work. They found all my bad debt, organized it into a small weekly payment ($35 a week) and I was debt free and 100 points higher in my credit score with in one year! The only down fall is that it does take some wait time to get a hold of a customer ********************** rep, if you need to discuss something, but they are non-profit. It didn't cost me anything, so if I had to be on hold for 15 minutes, big deal! THANK YOU GREENPATH!GreenPath Financial Wellness

5 starsI never thought I'd see the day when my credit card debt was gone. I appreciated the lower monthly cost and not having to pay each creditor myself. It was time consuming and I was always afraid I'd miss something. This past September I was able to pay the last of my creditors and it's an incredible feeling. Everytime I called or used the chat I was able to speak with someone almost immediately. I highly recommend GreenPath Financial Wellness. 1 starTalked to a representative for over an hour to discuss some options, and after all of that her recommendations were honestly insulting. She suggested I find a way to bring in more income. I already work 50 hours a week and pay **** a month for child support to do that, and cannot possibly work anymore and afford more childcare. I came here looking for recommendations and help, not to be insulted and told to work more. dont tell an EMS worker to go work more..trust me we work enough and ***** paid enough for the things we do and see.GreenPath Financial Wellness

1 starTerrible! They shorted DTE of $13 every month instead of telling me I need to make up the difference. I got kicked off the shut off protection plan. Ive paid them $826 in total to date (9/7/2023), my bill with DTE only got higher! They told me it was all my fault and they cant see my bill but when someone reached out to me prior to me receiving the letter they told me they could see my bill! Communication is poor and now I have no idea what kind of help I will get with my bill because it looks like I didnt hold up my end of the bargain!GreenPath Financial Wellness

1 starSeems pretty awful I waited well over an hour on the live chat several times. Today on the live chat I waited forever, and in the middle of the chat, **** didn't answer me at all and just left. I asked for simple accountability questions, like when my creditors cashed my money. She told me she didn't know and to contact them myself. Wow! Is this a third grade operation or what? Calling on the phone is impossible as no one answers. I am surprised this company is still in business! It will be difficult for this company to win my trust back.GreenPath Financial Wellness

5 starsStarted this journey with a lot of debt and was able to pay it off about 6 months early. We did have to adjust payments once in awhile but it all worked out. Once the first bill was paid in full i was able to contact GreenPath and have them adjust payments to be made for the next lowest balance so that I was maximizing my dollar. I would not have been able to be where i am now without GreenPath. Be patient and work the process.GreenPath Financial Wellness

2 starsIts a great business and helpful to pay off loans. But good luck getting ahold of everyone. I need to stop payments just for one or two weeks and no one will answer or call me back. Its very frustrating. I give them money every pay check but have no way to talk to anyone. I even called the ***** and I havent heard back. I awaited over two hours and then had to hangout. We discussed on how we have a chat feature on the portal which is open during business hours and recommended to clear your phones browsers cache to access this as you advised you were receiving errors while trying to access the chat feature. 5 starsGreenpath changed our lives! We owed more than $60,000 on 7 different accounts and this plan got us completely out of that debt! It was hard to adjust to the large payments, but we paid every two weeks and finished a few months early! Greenpath negotiated lower interest rates on all accounts and made it possible for us to manage the payments. Additionally, whenever we had questions or needed support, the staff was responsive, informative and always kind. I highly recommend this program to anyone who can not get themselves out of debt on their own. It was ABSOLUTELY WORTH the monthly fee.GreenPath Financial Wellness
