      I put a $1000 in an account with a secure ********************** card. I have been using the credit card constantly and making the payments in a timely manner. I found out yesterday that my balance went down from$1000 to $165. All the money went on $5/ month dormant account fees although I was regularly using the card and making payments. When I complained, it was escalated to management who insultingly decided to refund me $60 out of the $1000 claiming they cannot go back more than that

      As of 11/21/2024, all fees related to this issue have been refunded as a courtesy to the member. Management has discussed the issue with the team members that were involved.

      i was only refunded $75 out of the $300 that were taken from my account

      The Member was charged ***** in 2022, ***** in 2023, and ***** in 2024. That is a total of 1***** in fees.  We refunded ***** on 10/31/24 and ***** back on 11/21/2024.  All fees were refunded.

      But when I opened the account I put a $1000. I have not touched this money. I only use the credit card associated with it and pay it in full monthly. When I check my balance now I see that I have $800 available only. Where did the $200 go?

      The member originally opened her account with ****** on 09.27.12, not 1000.00.  We have researched her statements and can provide that documentation.  Her account balance is now 800.69.  We have determined that the difference is due to fees.  We have refunded three full years of fees.  It is not our policy to refund any further than three years of fees.

      I deposited $1000 when I opened the account in 2012. I have a statement that I can provide. Plus I was told that as long as I am using the card I will not be charged any fees. I use the card regularly and paid monthly in a timely manner.

      I have been charged a fee unwilling and unknowingly on an account I do not use other than transferring funds in and out to show activity.The fee I've been charged is 6 dollars/month. The institution signed me up for enhanced checking vs basic without my knowledge or consent.The total amount deducted was ****** Dollars. Luckily I only had 175 dollars in the account or they would have drained the entire account empty without my consent!
