      Went to get a key cut for my ***** I bought the key online to save money as it is a key with an integrated remote start. I paid $90.00 for the programmable blank. According to the salesman they only cut keys that they sell and program. I was quoted $235.00 for the key and to get it cut. Thanks again to my friendly neighborhood Ace Hardware. They have lost me as a client and I am erasing the app from my phone. I will advise all of my family and friends that *** is more concerned with making $$ than helping their clients.

      Ace hardware . Com refused to accept responsibility for a return of a mid-shipped item . I contacted them several times explaining that they shipped a much more expensive item than what I ordered and I needed a return shipping label. They refused to offer return shipping and insisted that I return the item to a store . This pleading went on for 8-10 emails . I explained that I am in no way responsible for physically returning this item . They insisted this was the only way , and the store was 22 miles away 1 way . After reaching the store I was told that they were not a part of the network and could not accept the item . In the end I would up having to keep the item . Not only am I out $100 , I also dont have the hardware that I need . This is such a disappointment after being a long time supporter of this business . I am finished at this point . There are too many other options to choose from . Take your business elsewhere .

      I bought a Sthil chain saw for $199 plus tax came with 2 years warranty and the item didnt last for more than 5 minutes went back to the store next day to find out what's going on with this brand name item they took it for 3 days to fix it but they called and and wants me to pay $80 more in order to fix it !! btw the item was took from the display and give to me although I have paid for brand new price! Can someone please help me. Thanks
