  This dealership is scamming on customers, especially women and the elderly population! My mom drove her car into this establishment on Saturday 9/9/2023 because she had computer messages on dashboard stating to service starter, and her push button was giving her problems off and on the previous 2 weeks! She was unable to restart after pulling into bay, and decided to leave car to have it serviced and was told that technicians wouldnt be able to look at it until the following Tuesday!! After multiple attempts calling to get info, she finally was able to speak to *****, the technician who received car on Saturday, on THURSDAY, and was told her engine was bad and there were metal shavings found in the engine!! Ultimately we received an inflated estimate for $12,308.87, or they could figure out other options! My mom is on a fixed income, just lost her husband in March of this year, and definitely couldnt afford either options!! Her and husband has leased and bought all their cars from this place when it was called ******* BUICK, and always had all their vehicles serviced there! I ultimately had car towed from there, to another dealership, because I didnt trust the things that were being told to us, and tow truck driver noticed oil filter had been completely removed and oil was leaking out everywhere! Tow truck driver had me take pictures to verify! The battery my mom had in had been removed and replaced with an older 1. The manager, ***** was informed of my complaint and I still havent heard anything back from him! In the end, the other dealership replaced starter and fuse block, replacing oil filter and everything that goes along with that, that was removed and batterytotaling only a little less than $1800, and there was nothing wrong with her engine! She received her vehicle on 9/29/2023 and the engine is quiet like it was when she originally drove it into this crooked business!! Consumers PLEASE BEWARE of this place, you have other options

  Hands down the best dealer ship to buy a car from! *********************, *************************, *******************************, and ******************* were absolutely amazing! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and kept it in our budget. They were kind, courteous, and went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. They even delivered my car to me the next day, in immaculate condition, two hours away from them. It was incredibly refreshing that the Operations ********* Claire *********************** came out and introduced herself and offered to help in any way she could. There is a reason this dealership was rated the 2021 Certified Pre-Owned Dealer of the Year. You just dont get better customer service than that of **********************. Every employee is absolutely amazing and I will never go anywhere else to purchase a car.
