This company sent a representative to lie to us and say we can get a rug and we can pay by weekly small amount and i can cancle any time so they ask my employee to sign a contract telling him false info about that it's not any thing to worry about and we can cancle any time so they faked my signature and now I having been receiving bad service the rug always smell bad last time they brought a rug doesn't even have my logo on it so I tried to call to cancle they are telling me now that I signed a contract for 5 years unbelievabl there is no way I will do that with a company I dk so I need them to cancle my account iam so upset or I will need to get hold of my lawyer fore faking my signature and telling my employee ***** info and I will make sure to let every one on social media how this company are.Business Response

This is crazy. We manufactured a custom logo mat for this business. The pricing was based on a five year lease. Prior to purchasing we confirmed the order with **** and mailed a copy of the agreement to the customer. The mat is not even a year old and we have no record of any service issues. The agreement has a cancellation provision for service issues but the customer has never raised any such issues.Customer Answer

This company is just relaized they are knowing of too many propelms and lies in have the proves that I didn't sign this contract and they lied to me in the beginning when they said there us no contract you can cancle any time plus I wasn't even working the whole week that they are trying to say I signed it I had a surgery in my hand and I have a copy of text messages between me and the sales man that I couldn't sign the logo because of the surgery and he only asked me to signed a logo so I got all the documents and my lawyer involved now iam not letting this go I will make sure every one knows what kinda of business they are.

Our sales manager who dealt with **** is a retired Ohio State Highway Officer. He was not present when the agreement was signed and is adamant that he did not forge the agreement as has been alleged. We do not know if it was signed by ****, by ****** wife, or by one of their employees at ****** direction. A copy of the agreement was mailed to the customer addressed to "Owner or President" and we received no objection at the time the relationship commenced. The claims of forgery have only surfaced over a year later. Every invoice customer was provided stated that the delivery was being made pursuant to an existing rental agreement. He lied that there is no contract and its a service that we can cancel anytime. He said he would come back later to show me the logo. I have text messages between Mr **** and myself regarding him asking me for a signature for the logo approval but I couldnt do because I was having a surgery in my right hand. Continue to receive service that is different than what was promised. This includes:-hidden charges not in the contract -no price list despite requesting it many times -no communication about what services are being provided -no transparency to when services occur and what services they are -we have come up with solutions for them. For example: simply, the delivery driver drops off a document confirming what dirty uniforms are picked up and what clean uniforms are dropped off each week. This is standard practice for any typical business, and they agreed to it, and it has never occurred.Multiple times, a "manager" has come out and badmouthed the people we spoke with before and given promises they will be our point of contact. They promise certain resolutions, then we never hear from them again and learn that they are no longer working for the company. This has happened 3 times now.When we try to address issues or questions with our delivery driver, he has said that he doesn't have to do the things those people say and that they are hourly workers that are beneath him. Astounding unprofessionalism.The only thing that has been consistent with this company is the lack of professionalism and transparency. We still do not have a clear point of contact (after over a year) or a price list.It seems that they lock people into unreasonably long contracts because they cannot produce a level of service that retains customers by choice.Business Response

-I have met with and spoken by phone to the individuals provided. They left those meeting ensuring that they would be a direct point of contact and respond promptly to any issues, however they became unresponsive by phone and email immediately after. They also said they would send us a price list including itemized pricing for any additional fees we may be charged, which I have still never received. They also said **** would stop by our office on a weekly basis when he did pick *** to drop off pick up/drop off slips, and this has happened exactly 2 times during the times we have had service.-I spoke with someone by phone last week regarding these customer service issues, and he became defensive, brought up another company that he had issues with under the impression that we were affiliated with them which was a judgement I can only assume based on ethnicity and completely unprofessional.
This pattern of unprofessionalism continues to persist across different employees with no accountability or actionable attempts to correct the issues.

To whom it may concern, I am writing this complaint because Domestic Uniform is looking for liquidated damages after our business closed because of COVID-19. While ******* Pub was open for business we used Domestic Uniform Rental from ********* ** for 14 years. I thought we had a good business relationship, however, 3 years after we closed our business, we received a phone call and an email from a ************************* Well, my assumption is incorrect, we did not have a good business relationship. My main goal for running a successful restaurant was simple, be respectful, understanding and fair. In this situation it does not seem the same applies. Domestic Uniform is asking for thousands of dollars for services NOT provided. They claim that we did not give 6 months notice, however, COVID 19 did not give our business ANY notice. After speaking to the manager of Domestic Uniform on February 2, 2021, I thought we had an understanding that services were no longer needed, and, now 3 years later we are being held responsible for services not rendered after closing down. This customer did violate its agreement. In addition, a good deal of our merchandise was not returned to us and invoices for services rendered were not paid. We agreed to settle this account for essentially payment of the accounts receivable and the unreturned merchandise and waived all contract charges.
We believe we have gone above and beyond to resolve this difficult situation.

To whom it may concern; We signed a three year contract with this business on 12/10/2020. There were many problems with the billing during this time. I had called many times to dispute a charge. I spoke to ***** and he usually agreed with my concerns. On one particular charge, he had me pay half of said charge only. (I did not have a copy of the contract because the person that signed left our company.) Well, a few times that I called to pay, the girl that answered told me I owed well over a thousand dollars. I told her that I did not and spoke to *****. I was paid up totally until September of 2023. I hadn't paid October yet because I had noticed that they were charging us for repairs even though we had been paying the insurance to cover these repairs. The amount we had paid extra was substantial. October's bill itself included about $30 extra for repairs. By now, though, I was talking to ************************* about my bill. I explained every bill that was a little short as per ***** agreeing with me for said bills. This guy was literally trying to bribe me to stay with the company. I told him that we would not as there had been so many problems since the beginning of said contract. I have all my emails printed out. We had set up a new company for uniforms to start in December of 2023. This was the end of our former contract. On November 2nd, we did not get our uniforms delivered by Domestic. I called ***** and he didn't know why but he would get back to me. He didn't. I then called the new company and asked if they could start our contract early. They complied and delivered new uniforms on November 6th. Domestic tried to deliver one more time a couple of weeks later. When I finally spoke to ****************, he told me that we did not get a delivery because of all the money we owed. The only money that we owed was for 3 or 4 missing uniform pieces. They are also trying to charge us for a separate company that left our location in June.********Business Response

Domestic Uniform Rental Sent a Final bill for ******. No one advised that our contract was not up once we canceled for poor service (products and people). Was also threatened by the Manager of the ********** Location (****), and called the other business owner on her personal cell phone because I hung up on him. Stated I was a child and he was going to handle me. I see why he is the way he is because *************************** (General Manager) is just as degrading. With no notice, whatsoever, Buy Bye Baby terminated Domestic's services in the middle of their agreement. We received no notice whatsoever of any issues with service which is a requirement to termination of the agreement. ******** has refused to provide that notice and further refused to pay the buyout required when the agreement is terminated early. Domestic disregards any complaints made to them about their products. They have been complained to several times, and was advised that they were not happy with serves. No one feels safe with Domestic stepping foot in any business due to being threatened by the Manager **** from ********** because he was hung up on. **** called a personal cell phone to make these threats due to be angry because of the poor service they provide. The district manager was even worse, so it's obvious why **** feels he can act the way he does.

My experience with Domestic Uniform Rental in ******* goes beyond their oppressive contract terms and enforcement protocol. We complained of poor service and received evasive responses to our complaints. We canceled our $50/month contract for service because of a perceived breach on their end, which prompted them to cut off service and product delivery altogether. Thinking the relationship was terminated, we moved on to a more reputable and responsive provider. Years later, we received a notice compelling our participation in arbitration proceedings coupled with their demand for amounts they claim were still owed under the contract, interest at a whopping 18%, and the reimbursement of their legal fees. It is unsettling to know that a company would effectively *** a justifiably dissatisfied customer. It is my understanding that there are others who experienced similar problems, and even some who lodged complaints with the BBB. This pattern of behavior must be addressed. We acted in good faith, ceased using their services, and Domestic Uniform Rentals response has been disproportionate if not unconscionable.Business Response

After a long relationship, Home Slice terminated service during COVID in the summer of 2020 in favor of another provider in the middle of their agreement. To the extent there may have been service issues of which we were not aware, the customer did not follow any of the notice and opportunity to cure provisions in the agreement. The customer also ignored multiple demands that they complete their agreement term before switching suppliers and refused to pay the early termination charges to which they had agreed.Customer Answer
