    I purchased a garage door opener from Rashid Garage Doors on November 21, 2024. I used them because they installed my old opener twenty years ago. I tell you when I called, I got **** the front desk person. Immediately when I told her what I was calling about she got rude with me and said, I have never had anyone have as many problems with their opener as you. This really ticked me off. I told her that was not true. . After it was installed, I had a few questions which should not be a problem to call for answers. When I got off the phone with her after she said we have no one to come out today and she would have Christiam call me when she comes in, I felt so emotionally upset and was in tears after the call. I called Rashid Garage Doors back and got *** again who was still very rude and did not want to give me a chance to voice how I felt. She hung up on me and I called back. She said I was being rude to her, which I was not. I was letting her know how she made me feel. She then said she was sorry. I told her it was none of her business if I had to call there a hundred times. *** is either underpaid, overworked or just doesnt give a dam. She then again said rudely we have no one to come out today and if they do come out you will be charged a service fee because this is not warranty work (how dare you tell a customer you just installed an opener they will have to pay a service fee).A very dissatisfied customer!
