    Absolutely no care for the customer. I own a business that relies on its trucks. I made specific plans for a truck repair by the tracking information that was given. A truck sitting waiting on parts is losing money every day. Package was scheduled and out for delivery so I made plans for repairs to match the delivery. Waited all day while checking the delivery status. I was on site and we do not close until 6pm and I checked the tracking at 4:56pm and the driver stated could not deliver, business was closed. Absolutely a lie. I was there and the gate was wide open. I have a camera system on the gate and not once did a UPS truck even drive past. Called customer ********************** to be told they were submitting a claim and the local warehouse would call within the hour of me calling and guess whatno call, nothing. They do not give a **** about customers and just let their drivers lie and deliver when they feel like it. Great help UPS, now I lose another couple thousand with my truck being down another day!

    UPS is by far the WORST delivery service company Ive EVER had the displeasure of dealing with. While waiting for my package, the timeline shows as having no been in my city, then in a Ca, back in my city, back to ** then I was given its exact location yesterday by the shipper, but it appears to have left KY this morning???! How does that make sense? I also called the shipper at least 3 times to ask that they change it to pickup which they did. Only to be told by UPS that I cannot pick it up because the shipper has a hold on it so it has to be delivered. How does ANY of this make sense??? Ill tell you how it doesnt. If I could give this comapny -10 stars I would. They do nothing to help the receiver ever. And this is not the first/only time I have had issues with a package being delivered. I wish I could be put on a list so that I never have to have another package delivered to me by this sorry excuse for a company ever again for the rest of my life. I truly despise you, UPS.

    I paid extra to ship a package overnight because I needed it delivered the next day. The next day, I got a notification saying the package wasn't delivered because the delivery driver thought it was unsafe to leave the package at the door -- in a gated apartment complex. When I learned my package wouldn't be available for pickup until the next day, I called UPS, who informed me the only resolution would be to have the UPS store which shipped the package request an "interception." Of course, the original UPS store had already closed.This was an emergency. I've now missed out on a coveted career opportunity, because I needed that package delivered today (hence me paying extra to expedite the shipment). I'm so livid I can't sleep.I don't know how I'm supposed to ship things now if I pay extra to ship them but can't count on them being shipped. I guess I should only use ******

    I have never experienced such disappointing service as I have with UPS. A minimum of 95% of my packages have issues being delivered. I have to call on a regular basis. Customer ********************** advises to follow tracking, download the app, pay for a membership, and even after I've done all that, they still manage to attempt deliveries to the wrong location, return to sender and not send it to the correct sender, tell me I have to pay additional money to hold a shipment that THEY screwed up. They lie and say there was inclement weather, when the city they're in is dry and sunny. They claim no one answers when I'm waiting at home for my package and never heard a knock at the door. They say a manager will reach out, but that has never happened. My last package should have arrived 5 weeks ago, but UPS claimed they attempted delivery in a city I don't live in, and returned it to the wrong sender, now it's delayed due to a sortation issue. UPS is the common denominator and the only issue. I've done everything I can and continue to get pushed around. UPS is an absolute joke.

    HORRIBLE *************** LIED TO ME ABOUT A $400 CHARGE WHEN ONLINE IT SHOWS $********* MGR ONLY WANTS TO ARGUE WITH YOU AND UPS SOLUTIONS EMPLOYEES ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND LIARS.APPARENTLY STORES CAN ADD ADDITIONAL FEES ON THEIR END AND DOES NOT HAVE TO GIVE YOU A BREAKDOWN (PER SOLUTION SPECIAL ****). OTHER EMPLOYEE WAS BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL AND DID NOT GET HER NAME. HAD TO TELL HER SMART A** OFF. DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THEM!

    The system to be able to receive help from ups is near impossible to navigate, it wont let you speak to a representative, and when it says it will get you to one it asks for your tracking info. After this it tells you the current status then hangs up the line. Further if you are able to get around the system and reach a person they are not able to assist with anything and can only provide info, not action. Also you may get stuck with speaking to a supervisor that hangs up on you, then reports that they attempted to contact you back multiple times and tried to leave a voicemail each time but was unable. I checked my phone records, it never happened, no calls or voicemails on record from their number. The supervisor didnt want to assist and hung up on me then lied and said I wouldnt answer the phone. Do not work with them if you can avoid it. Even the sender of the product I ordered told them about the redundancy in their shipping logistics and lack of customer **********************. But what else can you do when their is limited reliable shipping options

    Driver refused to deliver my package and stated no one was home when I was 3 feetfrom the door the entire morning. Package was delivered to an access point on the other side of town that I can't get to. Called customer ********************** and was told a manager would call within a hour which never happened and here I am 2 days later still no response been calling all morning to get nothing. Zero accountability on their end while they treat a not that bad area poorly because there's blacks here.

    I purchased equipment from **** for my company. UPS' first visit was before the business was open; on their second visit they claimed they could not access the building. My name was on the package and the directory on the building call-service. They left no notices; so, it was not until I followed the tracking that I learned they had made their final attempt to deliver. I called and was told the package was in my city, but I could not pick it up from a UPS or some other public access location. They also said, it did not matter that I purchased the package, I would need to contact the sender (****) to reroute it to a UPS store or have it redelivered. I contacted my **** account rep and asked for assistance. He called UPS and they said they would deliver the package the next day. They DID NOT deliver. Instead, I received an email telling me, again, I would need **** to contact them. So again, I called my rep, who was now as frustrated as me. Again, they said they would deliver the next day. Unfortunately, it was not to me; the package was returned to ****. So, now **** must pay to have a package resent that UPS never delivered or made verifiable attempts to deliver. My experience with UPS has had this same consistency for years. I advise people to avoid UPS and their bait-switch business practices. Their services are not worth the cost of doing business with them.I wish I could submit NO stars. They do not deserve one.

    Only reason i give them one star is because I can't give them no stars. I had a package that we paid extra to have guaranteed delivery by Friday May 24th. Package arrived to final facility on May 23rd and then at 4:38 AM on the 24th it was marked as delayed due to inclement weather. Package location is 20 minutes away from my home and it was 86 degrees today, sunny with a 5-10 mph wind. Now they are saying package will not be delivered until the following Tuesday. I have contacted customer ********************** and am currently on hold with them as I write this for 16 minutes now as I was told I was being transferred to a supervisor to assist. At this point I was just put on hold so the representative didn't want to assist with the situation. This is a time sensitive package which is why we paid extra for the guaranteed Friday delivery to get an "inclement weather" delay on a beautiful 86 degree day. I have offered to make the drive to pickup the package as well with being denied with no resolution provided.

    UPS has held my package hostage for 3 days, they know where it is but they cannot tell me when it will be delivered. Despite tracking it, they know where it is, they just can't tell me when or even if it will be delivered. According to the call center manager, the drivers have a curfew, and if they do not complete their route before the curfew the package just goes back to the center and they tray again. They do not make any effort to adjust the routes to deliver packages to addresses they were not able to deliver to the day before, so there is no guarantee of when my package will be delivered. UNLESS I pay for some kind of premium "change my delivery address/reroute the package" option, which they cannot refund to me. I ended up having to pay for this just to get my stuff.
