    we call them over and over for replacement parts they say are being sent and then we receive notices that they are waiting for the parts ..... we call them for issues and they leave us on hold for literally an hour and switch us to the survey. we are tired of being treated like garbage. we want our equipment and we want our system to work correctly, not to much to ask for. I have been on hold for over 45 minutes now after asking for a supervisor

    After reviewing this complaint, our research could not pull any results under the Name Provided in the complaint.  Covet Security Alarm & Audio LLC is located in ******** and we do not service residential customers in the state of ***********  Covet Security Alarm & Audio LLC also does not have a customer service department or supervisors.  I believe this complaint is not legitimate regarding our company.  We are a small family business and do not have large departments to handle calls.  All calls go directly to a billing phone line and a service phone line all which go to a direct employee that handles those requests.  If ******************** can provide additional account details, monitoring contracts or any proof service was provided by our company we would be happy to research this further.  At this time I have no record of this person, address or phone number being serviced by our company.
