    I Scheduled landscaping and drainage work for end of April for a little over $6,000. CTC Landscaping (Chance Thomas ******) started 2 weeks late because of rain. However, before doing work, Chance ****** upped the fee to $9,658.99. We needed project done to prevent flooding so said ok. Already waited 5 weeks. Started May 9, ended May 12. We Waited 3 weeks to cut sod, then another week(June 7) to tell Chance the sod slope was too high and lawnmower at highest setting scalped the sod. The drainage area also sank as did the pavers he had worked on. We called and text him for a week— said he was on vacation and no phone service.
    He Finally called and said he would check it out June 10 or 11. Finally came June 13 and took total responsibility for sod and drainage area. Was to fix it on June 17 or 18. Again he never showed. We had to contact him. Told us his truck blew up and he’d call when fixed. Did not hear from him so I called him June 27.
    I sent him an estimate for $730 for Earth Forms to fix everything. They had to redo the drainage area pavers and add 2 plus buckets of slag,
    and redo the sod and soil slope. After I gave him the estimate since he could never get here, he said if we’d give him another $240-300 he could try and fix it, By then we had lost all faith in his workmanship and excessive asking for more money. We hired Earth Forms. At this point, I am only asking for $730 to cover my expense to have the sod and soil redone and the drainage ditch and pavers reset and stabilized.
