    We signed a residential saltwater inground pool contract Oct 21, 2024. It has been an uphill struggle trying to get this pool completed. Our pool was excavated in Dec and the metal framing was also done at this time. We have paid $81,000 of the $84,000 due in timed draws per contract.
    Our upgraded exposed concrete is blotchy, uneven, chipped, fragmented and has rough edges along the coping. **** S, owner came out the end of May & agreed, noting he would "personally take care of it." He has not been here to date to do any work on the concrete. Two of his concrete guys came & poured something on the concrete to break down the sealant. Noting to me it wasn't successful & they would need to figure out something else. Nothing has also been done to address both the very sloppy concrete cuts, coping or to provide a finished as promised.
    In April **** had us mark our sprinkler heads prior to pouring the concrete. There was an area where the concrete was to be poured that had a main sprinkler line they had fractured during excavation & **** said this would have to be identified and capped. They dug a single hole which did not find the line and opted to lay the cement foundation anyways. With subsequent activation of the system, water was streaming out from under the foundation leaving us with the concern of an unquantifiable void of dirt/foundation that they did not take care of prior to pouring the concrete, despite us flagging the area for them. He noted he would "expose the area to be sure it can properly support the concrete" and fill it. This still has not been done. We asked for an extended warranty on the cement, which he said he would give us, yet has not provided anything in writing.
    Our filled pool is currently enclosed with a falling, poorly fitted construction fence, we are unable to get our aluminum pool fence until the concrete issues have been resolved. I have noted in writing how unsafe this is especially with the number of kids in our neighborhood.
