    Ordered hockey socks 2 months ago. Says my order is being processed the entire time. Contacted the company and said they are behind but will be shipped out that Friday. That was 3 weeks ago. Tried emailing them again twice with no response. We will not be a returning customer.....

Additionally, we have successfully fulfilled the new order that was placed in December. . Sometimes custom orders take longer and we wish we could control all aspects of the process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.     Buyer Beware: Don't waste your time with ******* and 5ivehole. I contacted ******* on 5/10 and specifically mentioned I was dealing with a very tight time constraint. ******* promised me the world, even offered to send me a trial jersey (which he did, albeit 5 days later than promised.) I sent the jersey request for my entire team including sizing and logo. Was promised proofs the evening of 5/10 or the morning of 5/11. Still to this day after several unanswered/ unreturned phone calls and FB messages, I have yet to receive the proofs. I have never in my life had to try so hard to give a company money. So I have now wasted another week waiting for ******* when I was already struggling to meet my season start deadline. Should have just used another company to begin with. Good luck calling them on the phone, I have tried calling 6 times during their business hours and they do not answer, ever! I would suggest contacting **** at hockeyjerseysdirect, they offer actual customer service. Don't say you weren't warned!
