    I purchased a wedding ring from Titanium-Buzz in August of 2021. I received it and all was fine. Fast forward to October 2022. I reached out to the company via email asking about repairs because they guarantee a lifetime warranty and you are able to return the ring once a year for cleaning or repair. The October email indicated the address to send the ring to for repairs. On 7/31/23 I went to the post office and shipped out my ring via ***** **** indicates via tracking number EI677106809US and shows it was delivered on 8/1. On Sunday, August 13th, I came across something on line that indicated the company is permanently closed. The phone number tied to this company is out of service, the email address listed bounces back and there is no phone number for the returns department. I have no way to reach anyone. This ring means EVERYTHING to me. How do I get it back??
