      I put in an order with them with the incorrect shipping. I immediately emailed and called to have it resolved, they told me the order was already being processed and there was nothing they could do even though it hadnt been shipped yet. I told them I would be disputing the charge because I called and emailed immediately after and the order hadnt been shipped yet. Poor customer service.

      They dont read messages and just response with mock-up bot answers that dont help.On one item I ordered from them. The label must of came off because they couldnt deliver it to my house so they sent it back to their warehouse. Would not send back to me even after I said I would pay for the extra postage. Just kept telling me they dont have replacements. I didnt need a replacement, I just wanted my original package. They couldnt understand though because they just kept sending me a bot response. Super frustrating and I will not be getting Taylor merch again directly from the store. This company is awful and I believe if Taylor knew how awful they treat her fans, she wouldnt be happy either.
