    I placed an order on 9/29/24 with the expectation that it was going to take 2-4 weeks. At 4 weeks my order was still in process. I reached out to the company via email after their website contact system was not working and there is no phone number listed so I called the retail store 4 times with no answer. I ended up emailing twice with no response. Today I received part of my order and when I checked my order status it says completed. I have no way of contacting the company to ask about the rest of my order. The email address provided does not give a response and there is no other way to contact them. I have tried to submit a question on their website several times form multiple different devices and they all say system failed. I have called every phone number that I can find on the internet with no answer or the number is not in service.

    I purchased a tech suit for my daughter at a swim meet from Making Waves. When she attempted to wear it that night it ripped. I have attempted to contact the company several times. I have gotten one email from them which they asked me to send pictures. I promptly sent the pictures and I have not heard back from them in over a week. I have sent them multiple emails. I would like to return the suit and exchange it or to have a refund. I was told that the manufacturer has a warranty but have not received the contact information for the manufacturer.

    Ordered a team swimsuit online (order #******) on 12/1/2022 and paid $78.43. On 1/3/2023, I called and spoke with someone from the ******** store as I had still not received my order. I was told it would be shipped that week. On 1/19/2023, I emailed customer service and requested that my order be cancelled and refunded as I had not received it. The middle school swim season ended on 1/23/2023. On 3/9/2023, I received a response that due to supply chain issues and lack of workers they dropped the ball on some orders and our team was one of them. I was assured that I would be receiving a refund and asked for continued patience in the refund process. I did send an email on 7/31/2023 checking the status of my refund. I have not received a response to that email nor have I received a refund.

    I ordered a custom team parka which was extremely poor quality and many sizes too small. Not as advertised. They replaced the parka with one with the lettering of a team name spelled wrong. They said theyd send a replacement with the team name spelled correctly. They never did and stopped responding to my emails. I want a full refund. My original order number was ******.

    I was contacted by this company to do our team suits. We agreed to have them done by them. We had dates in place to have them in our hands before the first swim meet, which was Nov. 29th. It is not January 18th, we are still missing orders, we only just received a few. I have been told multiple times that the suits are shipping out and still nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
