    THERE SHOULD BE NO STARS GIVEN!!Was told struts and ball jts needed to be changed in front because of what was going on. But when I went to get alignment done was told could NOT because my sway link were not hooked to struts but zip tied to my brake line. This business said would not trust them but when I took it back to BBMB they 1st tried to say other business had something to do with it then why didn't supplier provide sway links with struts but on the paper work there was nothing mention about that being need or said to me directly. So they fixed sway links, I took back to same place to get alignment and again zip ties on my car but this time on wires that are rubbing against things that aren't good AND NOW my struts are on opposite sides, thats why the wires are sitting wrong and rubbing. I have been dealing with one prob after the other. Like right now I'm getting all the lights turned off my dash after my car worked and was told I had to come back for that then to be told it's my ABS sensor and I have to pay over double of what the part cost because that's the way it is!! I'm sick of shady people. I really need someone who is honest has integrity and when you come for help, they ACTUALLY help you!! Is there anyone out there like that?

    They changed my catalytic converter 2 weeks ago. All of a sudden I had a transmission leak. Took it to a different transmission shop who informed me that when better buy did my converter they bent my transmission lines causing them to rub on the casing and putting a hole in them. I contacted better buy and they completely deny any wrong doing. But they were the only ones that had been under my car. I do not recommend anyone to trust them with their car.
