      BBB Review for Halo Solutions
      I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Halo Solutions, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others, including businesses that may be considering using their services.
      I was charged for a product that I never received. When I called to inquire about the situation, I learned that my product had been delivered to the wrong address. However, instead of offering a solution or taking responsibility, I was told by both ***** ***** and ***** **** that I was the cause of the mix-up. To say I was frustrated is an understatement, especially when they seemed unwilling to address the issue in a professional or helpful manner.
      At this point, I am left with no confidence in Halo Solutions. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude I encountered made it clear that their customer service practices are deeply flawed. It's baffling to me that employees at this level of the company could not resolve a simple problem, and instead blamed the customer for an error that was clearly on their end.
      As a result of this experience, I will not be shopping here again, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with Halo Solutions. If they are unable to properly handle basic customer service issues, I would highly caution any businesses considering using their services. The way they blame the customer for their own mistakes is unacceptable, and I believe it reflects poorly on their overall business practices.
      I hope this review serves as a warning to others.
