    I am a woman, 80years old. I went to try to purchase a used vehicle. I am in a bankruptcy so they said it had to meet certain criteria. It had to be no older than 10 years and have very low mileage! After sitting for hours they had me try out a 2021 Kia ********* I thought it was a nice vehicle so I said yes. After starting paperwork the salesman showed me the CarFax and it showed a rear end collision with "minor damage" carfax states minor damage as dents, scratches, cosmetic damage. It had also been stolen. After signing all the papers and driving home my daughter got under the car to check for leaks. She said the under neath was very damaged, with heat plate missing, cardboard like material for wheel *****. The back window had been replaced and apparently it had water damage all around the window and back of seats. I RETURNED IT on the 3rd day and gave them the keys! I cant imagine how they could report to CarFax that damage was minor. I cant imagine any of them selling this to their grandmothers. But money comes first! The salesman was very courteous and i hope he didnt realize the extent of the damage he was selling me!

    I went to get my oil change with Randy Wide Hyundai dealership on 4/15/24. I returned on the same day due to service department technicians didn't place a next service date sticker on my window. I've noticed no receipt was provided to during that service and return visit. Then i returned on the 4/23/24 to ask for copy of receipt for services paid. When receiving receipt i receive a copy that were very less detailed and shows an amount of $54.77. I noticed on my bank statements of paying out a total of $74.33. I've asked to then speak with management to please provide me a copy of detailed receipt including to double the charges. The manager then reprinted a new receipt now stating the details of service but now showing a new amount of $46.49 which is not the $74.33 i was charged. During that current visit i asked to speak with further management and spoke with a ********************* - Automotive Fixed Operations. This gentleman was very rude to myself and brother and didn't provide any further accommodation nor being solution orientated to rectify the issue. He further told me there's nothing he could do but provide a coupon for a free car wash and further stated "you better be happy i gave your brother candy". I'm elderly and i feel like I was cheated out my money and taking advantage of.
