  Installed panel box, portable generator connection and wiring for my electric floor. Great work. Reasonable price. Have had them out multiple times over the last 5-6 years.

  Paid $3600 to fix my generator and still not fixed. Said they would refund if they couldn't fix it and now they are saying Tough Luck. Never use them, they will cheat you out of your hard earned money.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - NIGHTMARE SERVICE!M.R. ******************** Construction installed a Kohler generator that was either installed incorrectly, defective or both in November 2021. Further they are not honoring any type of warranty. They never pulled the permit nor had their work inspected. That alone can be a major concern, but the generator functioned (weekly testing) for one one week after install. After the installation was performed we went to our ******* home last November and was unaware the unit was not functioning until May, 2022. We informed ************************* and the verbal diagnosis was the trickle charger malfunctioned and the battery was dead. Their technician came out and identified the issue as the control board. We were told one would have to be ordered and he left.A week later a repairman from M.R. ******************** came out and replaced the battery. The unit worked at that time after the installation. Another two weeks goes by with no power outages so the unit ran only during the test periods. We heard it run at least once. A different repair person from M.R. ******************** came out and told us he was here to replace the control board. They replaced the board and previously the battery and the unit STILL does not function properly. Fortunately we have not had a power outage. The unit sits not knowing if it will fire when needed as it does not run the weekly self diagnostic tests it is supposed to run.Further yesterday we received a bill from M.R. ******************** for the board, the battery and installation. We were originally informed by both ************************* and an M.R. ******************** Construction repair person the unit would be repaired under warranty. In November 2021 when we agreed to purchase this we paid a hefty premium as there were few units available at the time. We have had other properties where a Generac unit was installed without any issues over the entire ownership of the properties (over 9 years). My advice is steer clear of M.R. ********************

  Customer would not accept surge protector, and would've needed a new panel to have one installed. The customer's panel took a weather related surge and damaged the controller in the generator. The customer's generator is currently in good order.

  Surge protector was never mentioned until AFTER the repair and control board replacement. A different electrician showed me where to add a surge protector that would have averted the issue IF indeed there was a surge. The warranty issues were billed to me for nearly $1,700. We do not know if the unit was installed correctly as they never pulled a permit nor had it inspected. I will reiterate here and on every review I can post, DO NOT USE M. R. Electric Construction. They are a rip off company!
