If I could give a negative star I would. Buyer beware. In 2021 we needed flooring fast. Sales person **** promised ** top of the line flooring and installation. Said not a crappy ********** job. Spent ******** dollars for carpet and LVT. Had ceramic tile down and they said it did not need to be torn out or hat they lay over it all the time. Charged us 900$ to put floor level down. First installer said we did not need it so he installed. Also refused to pay bathroom floor unless we put down a sub floor (not told at time of purchase or measure) Forgot to lay LVT in front of slider and put carpet there. Within days LVT was breaking at seems. Came back tore all the floor up did some level patchwork and reinstalled. Started breaking at seems again. Third time came back out and tore entire floor up again and put a mortar all over floor (not a leveling mix) and reinstalled over it before it was completely dry. Of course it started breaking again. Owner ***** was real rude refused to fix it again and wanted ******* to tear out ceramic tile and install over a subfloor. Was supposed to come back and fix again but never showed up I told him they needed to stand behind the product and Now 2 years later he still refuses says they only warranty their work for 1 year and the floor continues to break up. Oh yeah I ended up having to lay the bathroom floor myself, never got in front of slider done, they put the wrong transition strips down. Well I believe ********** would have done a better job. ***** and Karens carpet are crooks. They never call me back or show up. The kitchen floor alone was ******* + dollars. Not sure if exact amount because they refused to give me a break down. They also charged me to install 3 toilets and only installed 1. He sent me a couple hundred dollar refund for work not done. Do not shop there and if you do, have a lawyer on standby. Now flooring is splitting and not on a seam. Still waiting for a call back for months.

We purchased $16,000 worth of water proof vinyl floor from *****'s back in March. We were offered and excepted 18 months same as cash. We were encouraged to secure a credit card through Flooring America to move forward with the purchase. Based on the size of the order, we had to secure/establish two accounts. One in my name and one in my wife's. Some time after the installation, my wife accessed her account on-line only to find that a payment was almost past due on her account. We contacted the salesman who told us we had not been extended 18 months same as cash, but 18 months interest free. He went on to say that the 18 months same as cash hadn't been offered in 10 years. The fact is, their television adds still advertise up to ************************** 12 months same as cash.In addition, we replaced 3/4" hardwood floors with this water proof vinyl. The vinyl product is about a 1/4" thick. That difference in thickness left about a 5/8" gap between the door jams leading into and out of our different rooms in our home. Not to mention the gap between the bottom of our interior doors and the new floor. Our expectation was that a flooring expert would have told us about this circumstance. We were told they would take care of it and that it would be beautiful when they were done, but ultimately I was told that given the deal I negotiated on the floors, they couldn't afford to absorb the cost to make it right. They would be willing to dispatch a handyman to take care of it, but we would have to pay for the service.
