    I needed to have 4 cyst-like bumps removed from my scalp. One was too big (1.1-2.0 cm) to be done in their office. They sent me to another Pinnacle Dermatologist in Flint ********, Flint ***********. My scalp was numbed, the 4 cycsts were removed and 12 stitches were put in. Two weeks later I had them removed at the same Flint site but had to return to the office because the lady who took out the stitches only removed 11. She missed one requiring me to drive back to their office. What I find outrageous is the bill for this was $4191.48. ******** and my supplemental insurance covered all but $398.98. My insurance company said I didn't have to pay this since Pinnacle Dermatology is within my doctor's ******* and I only need to cover a co-pay of $35. Over $4,000 for a procedure that didn't require anesthesia, biopsies, or test results. This is ridiculous.
