      I moved here in December and have the absolute worst time. They have us living with the workers who are insanely loud and dirty. There is a language barrier with them so I can even ask them to quiet down or pick up after themselves (which I shouldn’t have to do in the first place).

      I can’t even put into words how negligent these apartments are. They will cut your water off in the morning with no notice leaving you with no way to shower or even brush your teeth. Has happened to me multiple times. They decided to renovate both flights of stairs at the same time leaving me with no way to go up or down them. I had surgery the other day and had to force myself over missing steps which caused me to tear one of my incisions. This place is an absolute hazard at times.

      It takes an insane amount of effort to get in contact with someone competent enough to help you but even when you do get help with one issue there will be a numerous amount of other issues that arise right after that. It’s honestly a joke at this point.

      I don’t even think they have actual management people on the actual property. Just maintenance people who couldn’t care less to help you with anything. It took me 4 months to get the batteries in my doorbell replaced. They only replaced them cause the smart doorbell the unit comes with wouldnt turn on or lock anymore. Leaving my apartment open for anyone to break into it. When I called for new batteries I was told by the maintenance guy ***** to go buy them myself. I don’t pay $1,300+ a month to fix things that you guys should’ve fixed months ago.

      I understood the building was going to be under renovation when i signed the lease but that does not include having my steps ripped up with no way to make it up the stairs. There are rusty nails, cigarettes, and other types of trash all over the floor that could cause harm to tenants. This isn’t what renovation looks like and this isn’t what $1,300+ a month looks like.
