    I came here to read the reviews and pretty much give the exact same review as everyone else. They are very rude they only want your money and they deliver faulty equipment. They enjoy scaring people into giving them money. Whatever they give you you can probably get better from the ********** at a quarter of the cost.

    Financed a system from them through ***********. The equipment I purchased has not worked for the last year and I have made several calls to them with zero response, and most recently the phone number states, voicemail is full. Poor business practice when I can't even get in contact with them for servicing equipment. Most reviews I find all state the same thing. How can a business continue to do this to people. I've left reviews with no response either

    Someone gave them my number for a pyramid style marketing scheme they're running and they will NOT stop calling me several times a week. I have spoken with multiple people with "MSA" and have repeatedly told them I do not want to be contacted again and that I will be reporting them for harassment. Even though I have blocked all numbers they've called from, they still leave me voicemail at least once a week.

    Got a weird call at 8pm from ***************** saying I was a reference on something and to please contact back, figuring it was someone verifying a job application I was a reference onI made the mistake of calling back and ****** proceeded to tell me I had won a free 100 piece safety kit because my name had been entered into a competition by someone I didnt recognize. They insisted the free kit had to be hand delivered by one of their trainers so I could ask any questions but I needed to be home to receive the package and training. Being very confused why this company wanted to suddenly give me thousands of dollars of free stuff, I refused the offer, and I couldnt tell if she seemed genuinely confused or maybe just annoyed Everything about this company seems to be a scam, they try and give you a free kit to trap you into talking with a door to door salesman And if they actually are a legitimate company.. its very concerning any company that claims to work in health and safety is playing dumb games like this

    The date of the purchase was 02/09/2024. The company sells a product called Omnishield. The pruchase amount was $6,135.00 and what was promised is that this network would alert us in the event we had a fire, carbon monoxide leak, or a flood in our home more accurately and quickly than the standard systems would. On 03/23/2024 our system alerted us of a "moisture warning" below our kitchen sink, and we attributed it to the dish washer creating that moisture as it lives next to the sink cabinet that the water sensor resides in. After talking with the manger and seller of the system, we have unfortunately passed our 30 day return period of the product and we can no longer return the product to them, and they were unable to help us try to rectify the technical issue. The alarm kept triggering every 5 minutes for an entire hour. Under normal circumstances, the system app on your phone is supposed to monitor each triggering of the alarm and what sensor was affected. After the first original "moister alert" alarm, it did not document the following triggers. I tried first disabling the sensors affected from the overall network of the system, and it kept triggering. I tried also removing a particular piece of the system off the network, and the alarm kept triggering. I then tried to unplug the main communication link so that the network was no longer connected to the internet, and the alarms kept triggering. All the other times it triggered it never gave a reason as to why. Finally I removed the batteries from the "bed shaker" unit and the alarms stopped. Having done this, the system itself can't work properly. I feel that since the issue can't be diagnosed and resolved, that I as the consumer shouldn't be obligated to pay on this system, and that even after the 30 day return period, if there is an issue with the product, we should be allowed to return the product.

    I got this product in November December I can't remember at this particular moment but I do have the paperwork at home this exact date I told them that I was not able to pay December so I didn't want the product I couldn't afford no payments in December so I just didn't want the product they said they will cover the first month and I can continue with the rest of the payments supposedly sent on a rebate check I have not received it supposedly he sent it out twice cuz I called and told him I didn't receive it I'm getting these late things and now it's up to $200 more like $198 or something like that and I'm getting ignored I call I text I leave voicemails I'm getting ignored by the office number and the number they gave me for in ***** person apparently this is the only person that can solve my problem I have texted ***** I've called ***** I've left voicemails she's ignoring me I called the person that put my stuff up his name's ****** he saying he can't do anything I have to talk to ***** but *****'s ignoring me and every time I call *****'s conveniently out of the office

    My daughter went to expo and received a call and that she won a first aid kit and they stated that they needed to come out to the house to deliver it and go over it. They came out to the house and we had to reschedule because they were so late and my mom was not here. They never stated she had to be here.. and I ask him on the phone if he was trying to sell me some thingyou and he stated no they just had to show me the first aid kit I won and how to use stuff in first aid kit it was never open. so the same gentleman came out the next day and started showing us fire prevention instead of the first aid kit, which took 4 1/2 hours at the end of the presentation. They were selling us smoke detectors because they stated that. regular smoke detectors dont protect you so I bought the detectors because I had to and I was just ready to go to bed. I had to work at 4:30 in the morning and he didnt leave till almost 11 I called the next morning to cancel. A gentleman came to my house to install them and would not leave after I gave them the product he would not leave my property until I gave him $500 and I told him I didnt have the money and he said he needed $200 or he would not leave. I even talk to the gentleman, ****** on the phone and he was very rude

    On 1/3/2023 I was contacted, saying I had won a free 180 piece safety kit. I set up a time and date to accept an in-person demo of the kit. On 1/5/2023 a woman came to my home and proceeded to spend 3 hours there, demoing and explaing a fire/smoke alert system that was NOT the 180 piece kit I had won. She heavily insinuated that I would not receive anything unless I filled out, applied, and got accepted for a loan for this $5000 fire system. She did not give me an opportunity to say I was not interested in this system, and took all my information without telling me what it was for first. She applied for the loan with my information, and forced me to post a link to the survey I had originally filled out for the "free kit" to my ******** and tagged 100 of my friends. I deleted the post as soon as my phone was returned to me. At no point in my previous interaction on 1/3 was I told this would be a 3 hour ordeal, or that it was a sales pitch that I would have 0 opportunity to say no to.
