    Agreement was made via telephone on or about Feb 1st. to purchase a deer blind for 832 dollars cash. He did not ask for a deposit! The seller agreed to place the deer blind (a 6x6 ft currently on his lot and Pho graphed by myself at purchase) on the back of his lot on the back of his lot with my name on it and would hold it till I could pick it up (my trailer was loaded with salvage and not available at the time).As time passed and my trailer not unloaded I became concerned, but reasoned he will hold it for me as agreed, or contact me that I had to pick it up. He did not call me to pickup and did not request a down payment, so I considered our agreement still in effect.I contacted this firm in or about early Aug to either pickup or pay at which time they said I did not purchase a 6x6 blind, a 6x6 blind was not available, but a smaller one would be available at the same price. I sent them a picture of the 6x6 blind he (***** the owner) agreed to sell and hold without down payment.I had discussions today with a representative at his store without satisfaction.***** had a verbal agreement with me, he had plenty of time to ask me to pickup or pay for the blind. He did not. Now he refuses to agree to our agreement. I want him to honor the agreement.
