    ******** My internet consistently goes out. I called for someone to check and adjust my signal. I only asked to have my signal re adjusted after a strong wind storm. That was all they were supposed to do. When they wanted to attached a 4 foot pole to my mast out front and run wires down the hole side of my garage and across the front, I said no. That was not what they came out to do. They wanted to cobble up a job, and I said no. They charged me a $50 trip charge. I do not think I should have to pay this. I will sent this message to the supervisor. I have been a good customer for many years. That is just wrong. We are on Social Security. If I would've known they were incompetent to adjust my equipment, instead of cobbling up a mess, I would've not had them come out. I do not recommend this company.

    I have had Air Advantage with only a few complaints for many years.About 1 month ago, I lost all internet connection. After many calls they admitted that they had been removed from our local Capac ******** took about a week but they finally said they had a solution. Two trucks showed up at my house and after a few hours decided that they could not make contact with their new tower location and they would need to move my router out of my house and into my barn. They did and the system worked for about two days. Then it was down more than it was up and the tech support after hours goes to other countries and they are never much help at getting me hooked back up.Like many people we run our tvs, laptops, desktops and tablets on the internet.I just got a call from a legal manager from the company claiming that I threatened to get a lawyer. I explained that I did not threaten. It is my only option. He kept trying to get me to say it was my fault that I 'let' his technicians leave my property without saying I didn't like the job they did. The service was working when they left. I had no complaint until it stopped working a few days later, at which time I 'did' call. I have called many times since.The manager said I didn't have a legal leg to stand on because I didn't issue a complaint the day the equipment was moved from my house to the barn. I hate having to go through this but, as I said, I see no choice. I am retired and cannot afford to run expensive equipment from my barn into my house.
