    n December of 2021 ********************************* met with me to finalize a $27,000 quote to upgrade home automation system in my residence. The project was estimated to last 90 days. After numerous issues and failure on the Sound vision to program or furnish the quoted project 8 months later on July ********************************************************************************************* and finish the work. I paid to date $24,801.74 and the job is not completed. Furthermore they are withholding the codes that allow access into the system and i have offered to pay the remaining balance (even though they are not done and all parts are not installed or in my possession) and they have refused. this is a life and safety matter, they have control of my doors being lock or unlocked (can be opened remotely) can access my security cameras some of which are in my house. This actions is unacceptable and I'm happy to pay just to get the codes for my protection but this is a form of extortion. when i spoke to the manufacturer of the equipment for advice they told me The Sound Vision are not licensed dealers for them and are unaware how they sold me this equipment. Please help.
