    In early march 2024 my ******** hired *************************** "NMI Outdoor Republic" @ ********************************* Republic Mi. ***** for the *********************** of (3) wooden structures.1st a 16x32 log cabin, and 2nd 2x 10x24 animal shelters. Total $35,000 with $15,000 down payment & the remaining amount paid at delivery of structures on or about June 1 2024. This did not happen. Tried contacting **** numerous times to see about updates or possible delivery delays,& ultimately a complete refund of the original $down payment. Unfortunately, we are not the 1st to be bamboozled by this "fake" company. Many others have encountered this as well. Very dishonest, fraudulent & criminal way of conducting business. This business owner claims to own & operate other services/businesses such as, "NMI Outdoor Sales of ***************" @ 7328 N old 27 *****************. *****. as well as ************************* and Cabins @ *****************************************. Which also seems to be another area in which *************************** has demonstrated unethical & illegal fraudulent business practices. This is unprofessional,unethical,& unacceptable.

    I purchased a 40 x 60 steel building through **** on May 4th, 2023. He screwed up the order which has cost me, my contractors and the companies completing other aspects of the project additional time and monies. He refused to provide a correct contract. He refused to provide corrected quotes. He refused to return phone calls. He visited my building site and traspassed on my property without permission. He attempted to advertise my property without permission. i had to contact the steel company manufacture to all of the mistakes resolved. ANS Steel building company did a good job of working with me to correct all of ****'s mistakes.I would not recommend **** for your building project.
