    Very knowledgeable and friendly, whether the office/sales staff, ***** or the installers. We had a hiccup with carpet being shipped in with a minor streak in color, which the installers noticed when they came to install it. We hadn't noticed it, even when they pointed it out. They told us right away, had new carpet ordered expedited, and were right back to install it. They didn't want us settling for second best of anything, whether we noticed or not. TOP NOTCH service and we have been back to them several times for product/service. They have also work with volunteer community organizations to help where needed as well, as they are a very heart-centered business, and we are so grateful for them.

    Herb's Carpet andTile came to our home twice to install wood laminate flooring. The installers were great - did good work. However, working with the management there - to schedule installation - to schedule a repair - very poor communication. Phone calls were not returned. Scheduling was put off again and again and again, with no real reason given. It has been very frustrating and it is still ongoing.
