    Ive used some crappy ammo in the past, but my God this is beyond any of the worst Ive ever seen! EVERY SINGLE ROUND had some sort of malfunction when chambering. One even got jammed in the barrel and I had to clear it with a wooden rod going down the muzzle with a LIVE ROUND in the chamber because it would not eject and just expanded. Even the 1 round I did manage to fire off, the composite broke apart and pepper powder went EVERYWHERE and contaminated me instead of the target!You advertise as a safer alternative to self defense instead of shooting somebody but then put out unreliable c*** like this!?!?! YOU PEOPLE ARE GOING TO GET SOMEONE KILLED!!!! I demand an immediate full refund for this absolute garbage, which is exactly where these remaining rounds are going! If a refund is not processed by the end of the business day tomorrow, I will dispute the charge with my financial institution.

    *************** made an order with us for $ ***** on April 30th, 2023 and we shipped his backorder on 7-26-2023.

    With this complaint I have checked ALL our email accounts and found in our spam folder on 8-2-2023 **************** did in fact send us an email quoting exactly what he stated in this complaint. Until today, unfortunately, we had no idea of his issues as no contact was made by **************** by phone or other methods to make us aware of these claims of defects and no idea he seeked a refund or replacement until now.     ref: Order # ****** I ordered a product in Nov 2022 as a Xmas gift for someone.I sent inquiries in Dec concerning a no delivery of product with no response from that company.My last message to them was to cancel my order and lodge a complaint with no response.Now it is Jan ************************************************************************************************* an honest company.

    I ordered some rubber bullets from Consepts in Ammunition on 4/17/22 order number ******** and I paid $75 and still haven't received my order and every time I check on my order on there website all I get is a page showing what I ordered and that it's backordered in ********. But the bigger problem is I paid through PayPal. So I can't email them asking for a refund nor do I have any clue as to what I can do.
