    Purchased a pre owned vehicle for the transmission to go out three days later. Dealership did nothing but pull the codes clear them tell me they came back and it was to expensive to go any further. Manager was of no help and showed no kind of concern

    We're sorry to hear about the issues this guest experienced with his Silverado. We understand how frustrating vehicle problems can be, especially so soon after purchase. This vehicle was fully inspected and was sold as-is, as is typical for vehicles of this age and mileage. We also recommended a vehicle service contract, which was declined by the customer at the time of purchase. We offer vehicle service contracts as a way to ensure if something does go wrong on these older high mileage vehicles, the repair is affordable. We would never sell a vehicle that we knew to have underlying issues. We were able to arrange a discounted estimate for repair but the client deferred our offer and went elsewhere for service.

    I called interested in a ***** Blazer right before they closed and they guaranteed that it is available and they gave me an appointment the next day morning. I drove the next morning an hour to get there and salesman simply said it was sold half an hour before I arrived. My appointment was just an hour after they open. It seems like they already sold it when I called the night before as it was not on their websites but other websites had it listed and because their rep ensured me it was still there I made the drive, if someone to test drive it it would take more than 30 minutes, then paper work. I guess they were counting on me checking other vehicles but I was offended that they didn't bother to call me and let me know and that I'm that simple to believe it was just sold first thing in the morning right before I got there despite my appointment to specifically see it

Although you called the day before to confirm its availability, and we confirmed it was indeed available, the situation became more complex when the first customer arrived earlier the following day and began the purchasing process.Unfortunately, this resulted in the vehicle being sold to the first customer who reached an agreement before you arrived. We understand how frustrating this must have been and we sincerely regret that we couldnt accommodate your interest in that particular vehicle.To make up for the inconvenience, we offered to show you alternative vehicles and offered a complimentary gas card. We assure you that the vehicle was not sold prior to your visit, as claimed.We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
