DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I am an angry customer of *******************************************. It took more than 8 months to remodel my kitchen. There was never communication about what next was. They would leave, after working 5-6 hours and I wouldnt hear from them for weeks. Also I was way overcharged for it. The workers were not professionals. Just laborers who worked unsupervised . No attention to detail. Many mistakes were made and had to redo. I found 2 boxes recently in my garage with shelving that should have been installed. There is still paint on my new kitchen floor. One worker walked downstairs with greasy boots on. I had to hire company to clean it the carpet. The owner would not agree to a discount for all the mistakes, frustration and lack of professional workers. I feel very cheated.

I mainly delt with **** (salesman) and I believe **** also in the office and BT onsite installation manager. They're a very good *** to work with. I got my entire house re-sided, soffits, and gutters. They also trimmed out my windows and did an excellent job! They gave me a fair price after getting 2 other offers. I called, got an estimate, **** spent time explaining the diff. products available and didn't talk down to me as I'm a woman. I really appreciated that as I'm also a DIY'er but know my limits. He let me keep a pallet sample of siding colors for a week so I could make a better decision looking at them in the sun and shade outside rather than just on the computer. They told me a start date and actually started on time. They showed up when they said they would and worked long days sometimes 8am-6pm. We had 1.5 days of rain delays that week but they still finished only a 1/2 day over schedule. They had a full crew (10 guys) for 2 days and a partial the rest to finish. Even the gutter installation crew (2 guys) finished in a 1/2 day and came back a week later to install a rain barrel diverter for me no extra charge. In my experience after the bill is paid (which it had been) if a ******* says they're going to come back to finish something, they don't. I believe his name was **** and he did. Excellent job on everything! Even my handyman who remodeled my kitchen said he hasn't seen a siding job this good in a long time. Oh and clean up was great too, found a few nails on the ground here and there but with as many as they had to pull out maybe 1% left on ground. Would definitely recommend!

I had Kroll Construction do my roof on 3-9-23. a small house 40x37 and complete the job in just under 7 hours. But I had a small misunderstanding that was handled in a swift and business like manner, until I was satisfied. Once that was taken care of the job when fast and smooth. I will recommend Kroll Construction to my friends for any job that they would need. Thanks for taking care of my problem in a swift and courteous manor.Sincerely: *********************

I want to say I am not a disgruntled customer at this time..******** and her warranty service team is attempting to rectify my leak. I had my roof done 4 years ago and have had the service team out on year 3 & year 4 for a leak in the exact same area and due to my attic being insulated it takes time for it to soak through to my drywall. I currently have extensive drywall damage for this leak occurring constantly over the last 2 years. Each time they sent a repair person out they attempted to repair it with caulk. After the second call out I decided to have a fellow Army ***** of mines who does roofing and has been doing them for decades to take a look. The first thing he noticed is the footing of the roof, approximately a foot from the gutter is holding water like a trench and that trench goes the full length of the roof ( I will attach pictures for clarity) These areas are holding water and eventually allowing the water to seep into my home. The first warranty visit I only had a single drip spot in my ceiling from the leak, so I believed them after they came out and told my wife that it was repaired. She didnt know what they did, but they said it was repaired. I was gone for military duty, so I could not witness anything. This second warranty visit this year the guy used caulk even after seeing for himself the trench and water pooling a foot from the gutters on the roof (noted all the gutters are brand new too). He said he think he got it but he is noting that there is a circular dent as well as that trench across the entire roof. This was Sept 23rd 2022. Needless to say the roof began leaking immediately that weekend because it was rain the entire weekend plus Monday. I reported that and my situation was said to have been escalated to a manager due to the next return with be their 3rd attempt. I work with the Amazon maintenance team who is also the building engineer. They told me I should ask for the owner because my ceiling is near collapsing.

Kroll charged my 92 yr. old uncle ~2X market price! Earlier this year I received a telephone call from my uncle that the salesman for Kroll Construction company had refused to return my uncles Remington bronze statute. I asked why the salesman had the statute and learned that the salesman borrowed it when Kroll replaced roof in November of 2019. My uncle said the salesman refused to answer calls demanding the return of the statue. I called Kroll Construction, and the receptionist screened my called refusing to let me speak with the owner. Being in ***** and his closest living relative, I immediately called the Wolverine Lake, ** police department. They contacted the Kroll salesman and he delivered it to the police station within a week. Kroll tried to suggest they discounted the roof job by $1,000 in exchange for my uncles art. If so, why was there no art credit listed in the price section of the contract? After learning of the Kroll statue issue, I discovered the roof replacement price was $31,000 for this small **** sq ft one-story house. I started asking the neighbors what they paid for their re-roofs and was shocked at the overcharge by Kroll. Another neighbor with a similar size house paid ~$15,000. I contacted Mr **** .com looking for pricing information. They quickly and professionally gave me a quote for $14,988.20. To be fully transparent; in addition to the roof replacement, Kroll removed a ~12x20 patio awning made with corrugated polycarbonate plastic which Kroll said was interfering with their ability to re-roof the house. This was part of Krolls $31,000 charge. My investigation suggests that the removal would have added no more that $1000-1500 to the total roof job. Keep in mind the entire job took day to complete. As you might imagine, I wish I would have had a chance to intervene back in 2019 when my elderly uncle made this decision to accept Krolls proposal. I am currently waiting to hear back from the ******** AG.

******************: once again our apologies in regards to your uncles statue. Per our previous phone conversations youve confirmed that the statue has now been back in possession of your uncle for some time now. In regards to your uncles roof project, every job Kroll Construction installs is unique in various ways. Based on dimensions, materials, labor, time frames, existing conditions, etc each job is quoted and priced accordingly. Our only wish was that you were with your uncle from the beginning so that you could have seen what all was entailed with your uncles project.

Yes, after avoiding my uncles calls for almost two years, the ******************************** was able to secure my uncle's Remington Bronze from Kroll's salesman. And again yes, every Kroll job is unique in various ways....my uncle was uniquely elderly and vulnerable as demonstrated by having to enlist the police to ensure the safe return of my uncle's art. He could not afford to be charged 2X for the same job the neighbor paid. This was proven by the formal bid from a Kroll competitor being only 1/2 the Kroll price.

I wish I could rate it zero stars. Had my roof redone in 2012. With a long warranty. A month after it was completed I started getting new leaks. Called them and their response then was my gutters were clogged, which they weren't. The leaks weren't even near the gutter. Tired contacting them yearly to which I had no call back or a BS excuse. Last year 2021, I finally started getting some attempt at fixing the leaks. But the sub contractor they hired didn't finish the work and now I can't get a response from anyone at Krolls again. I am beyond ****** off and upset at their lack of following through and taking care of their customers. If you have roofing needs, please look elsewhere. If something changes I'll update this complaint.
