    I have my vehicle here at AutoLab of Gaylord since June of 2022. I blew my motor and brought it to ****. I ordered my motor in September of 2022. It wasnt delivered until January 2023. I was told my vehicle was going to be completed in the next couple weeks of my motor being delivered. I finally got my car back mid February. I drove it not even 20 miles and the engine already blew. I took it back to **** the next day. He told me that I was okay to drive it until the warranty motor was delivered. I drove it for one day and had to take it back to him to let my car sit again and wait. The new warranty motor came in March 31, 2023 **** explained to me that he planned on getting my vehicle in by April 7, 2023. I called **** April 11, 2023 and explained that I need my vehicle completed so I could get back and forth to work. He is now refusing to do any work to my vehicle. He was super disrespectful and the way he talked to me was absolutely mind blowing

    Mecenna vehicle was diagnosed with a rod knock. We discussed options with her and she went with a ************. That process took a couple months alone. She then got a quote for and engine, labor and fluids. She gave us a down payment for the engine and it ordered. There delays from ******* And ****** was in direct contact with her about it. It took about 5-6 months. When we finally got the motor we we had other jobs in front of it that were still being completed. Mecenna was aware of the situation. During that time there were some  small payments made. Then we had to let her go. We agreed end to finish the vehicle and then have here finish paying us. When it came time to pick it up she did not have the money. But demanded the vehicle. So I made a deal if she could come up with half of whats left cash I would release. She agreed. Then she took it for the weekend and called on *** saying we broke her vehicle. She brought it back. We looked at it and found the engine had a problem. We called ****** and they were going to pay for a diag and about 75% of the repairs. 
    Mecenna did not have any money. So instead of going through the whole process of not getting paid again we declined to do the repairs and suggested that she find a different shop. She got very vulgar during our conversation only instilling that we were making the right decision by declining the work. She then called ****** and was able to arrange repairs at another shop in town. We never did get paid the full amount for the work rendered nor did we get paid for the diagnostic we did on the reman engine.
