      ***** came for my yearly minisplit maintenance. He is a very professional and friendly young man who was very knowledgeable and courteous. He withstood all my questions with a smile. I could not have had a better experience

      hey respond very quickly to my request for a furnace and A/C install. James their HVAC tech inspected the job requirements and was able to give me a quote right away. Their office Manager was polite and friendly. They are also able to do the installation within my time frame I requested. A very pleasant experience.

      BEWARE !This company overcharged me for installation of a hot water tank that I purchased from them, I agreed to the purchase price and installation that was quoted, ( $ 1,872.00. They charged me another $ 1,632.00 app. for the installation. I have contacted them numerous times about this extra charge, also asked for a statement on the brand and warranty, still have not received for our records. The work they performed should have not exceeded $ 300.00 according to other contractors quotes, only installed 1 pc, of 1 in, pipe (10 ft. + 2 pcs @ 24 in. + 1 fitting. I just purchased my home and new to this area, my wife and I are senior citizens, retired and on a fixed income. This extra charge has severely taxed our recourses.
