Business is refusing to complete the proper installation of the **** furnace and duct system we purchased in Feb 2022. After months of trying to schedule the completion of this system installation, the owner now states that they will not perform any additional services. The company installed a new furnace in Feb 2022. The quote indicated "new ducts", but they connected some new ducts to 30 year old ducts and refuse to complete the installation of new ducts. There are holes in the ductwork, heat and air leaks, wide open spaces on the cold air returns, ducts that are disconnected. The sent a technician and the owner out and agreed to complete the job but then will not schedule the work.A new technician/installer reviewed the system on Sept 7th and agreed that the installation was done incorrectly. The owner is refusing to accept responsibility and correct the problems. We paid them over $10,000 for this system and they will now complete the work correctly.

************** had us quote a heating system, his heating system  he was trying to use while he was doing renovations then put in the new system, his current system was not able to function I spent 4 hours in a blizzard on a Sunday after buying a heat gun to try and get his propane regulator thawed in an attempt to the heat going(non of this he got charged for).  But the unit was bad and it needed replaced, in the conversation of the unit being replaced ******************* was having stairs installed into his home and wanted the ductwork in that area to be changed  when the furnace was installed, which we did, in the process of us doing the ductwork walls that **** was moving in his (non-permitted) had heat runs the needed moved also but were not ready because he hadn't done his renovations. we said we would put the heat runs  into those two or three spots. He since then opened up the belly pan in his renovations and now wants the second side of his house to have new duct work because he doesn't like what was install by factory. We walked through the job with my installer who sold the job explaining that there was a whole trunk line ran and tied into the furnace allowing the stairs he wanted to install to be installed and that there was no quote to nor conversation of replacing all his duct work. I gave him a quote to put the ductwork in and told him the two or three ducts that needed moved we were happy to do but was not putting in a second trunk line as it was not quoted. After the installer and person who quoted the job was no longer with us (classic Plumbing and Heating) I had a second tech go to the house and try to get some resolution, ***** my new tech said " man this guy is trying to get this for free he didn't even know there was a second trunk line"

Then ************** walked into our shop past the counter of "employees ONLY past this point" and into my office where I met him at the door, He asked what am I going to do about this, I said I don't know what you wanna do but I gave him a quote and wasn't not running a second duct system for free, he said yes you are or else and continued he was gonna basically trash me all over.

I simply made sure my permits were all in order.   His were not, he pulled none and was trying to sneak past the building ***** requirments

I don't get into back and forth if he's gonna bad mouth me I guess its his right.
