8-27-24 We purchased a 2024 ************* from this business. We went on one trip over the labor day weekend, of Aug 28th through Sept 2nd. On this trip we noticed the front entry door would not stay latched, you had to slam the door to get it to stay closed. We went right from our camping trip to the ** Store to have them winterize it for the rest of the year and into spring. In the spring we took our camper back to them so they could dewinterize our camper. We explained that the door would not stay closed, and i fact several times during the winter we would find it opened. We asked them to fix it and they said there would be a charge because it was out of warranty. It was right from day of purchase. So we complained and they said they fixed it. We took our next trip on the weekend of May 21st, 2025 through May 26th, on the way to the campground the door came open on the highway as it was not fixed right. At the campground our tankless hotwater heater wasn't working, so no hot water for that trip. Called them again and told them what was wrong and made a appointment for May 28th to fix that and also to fix the door which wasn't fixed. They again said it isn't covered by warranty. They said the hotwater heater had a calcium buildup and that was the problem. I said how can one use cause a calcium buildup when the water hose had a filter on it and it was only used for 4 days? The Manager of the ****************** would not answer me. He refused to talk to me, because he said I was yelling at him, I was not yelling at him, i just talk loud when i get nervous. I feel that we purchased a 60k camper and all the issues we are having should be warranted as we haven't even had a chance to use it without these things going wrong. They should have covered the cost of these repairs, but they refused to do so. They are not looking out for their customers, they are just selling campers. They need to cover these charges, the door still is not fixed.

First of all, I would like to send my sincere apology for the issues that she is having.

If she is still having trouble with the compartment door, I will be more than happy to fix it (no charge). as for the water heater issue, calcium build up is not covered under warranty. I don't know how it got there. I only know what we found. we did clean it out and tested it, and it was working properly when she picked up. we strive to make sure our customers are taken care of as soon as possible. she can call me directly and I'll make sure her door is fixed properly, personally.

    thank you

-Bought a used 2020 keystone raptor toyhauler for $70,000 in December 2024 (Last sale of the year) We were told that the roof was all checked and there was no *********** had recently been sealed.- Indoor Demo was scheduled for January 8th (-8outside) with s**** cover, screen door fixed, & a detail promised. Which they failed to follow through with any of those things, it was freezing & we were unable to even be shown a proper demo. - Less than a month after we go to ********* for spring break. The camper starts to dethaw. We notice different spots that are looking like water damage that you could not see or feel when it was frozen. - into our camping trip it starts raining heavy, next thing we know we have water coming in around the window by the door & in the skylight. Then in the vinyl on the side where they failed to fix the s**** covers, (they later find out there was no screws in spots.) Where it created a pocket of ********************* of the outside vinyl. So it's Thursday, we call them, they say that if we can have it there ************* would have it right in. So we pack up & drive all night. Got there first thing as they opened for them to say they can't have it in until Monday. We were so disappointed considering they knew we had severe water *********** were bringing it back to freezing temps. So Tuesday came we still didn't here anything so we drove down to check it out. It was still sitting outside. There is alot more to the story but unfortunately it doesn't give me enough characters to explain everything that has occurred. So if someone could contact me for the full story, I would be forever grateful. Thanks **** ****** ************

They did buy the camper in december and took it out of state. When they called from *********, we asked them to bring it in right away. They got back and brought it in. As soon as we got an open bay, we brought it in to seal the windows and some other repairs that occurred while they had it in *********. After that we had them bring it back in to find out why it was starting to delaminate in such a short time. We took the entire roof trim off, replaced the butyl, gutter rail, and re-sealed. We found the issue. There was a s**** missing from the gutter rail. The customers bought the camper used, with no warranty or service contract. We did all the repairs at no charge to them, even the ones that happened after the fact. As far as I knew, everything was taken care of. I don't know what the issue is now, months later? We pride ourselves on our customer service regardless of whether they bought new or used or price range. If there is anymore issues, i would hope they would let me continue to try to solve them.

On October 18, 2024 at approximately 10:00am Northern RV winterized our Motorhome, we have a dishwasher, washer/dryer that also need winterizing. Upon doing the winterization of the washer/dryer combo they broke off the handle. The washer/dryer combo is no longer able to use without the handle. I can't open the door. I called in regards to the problem was told they would check into it, long story short was told it wasn't their fault. I was told they use a valve in the back of the combo. Which isn't true at all, they would have to take it all apart to get to a valve in the back. Last time they turn on the washer/dryer then look inside to be sure the antifreeze has made it back to the washer, this is what everyone does when winterizing the washer/dryer combo. I went in good faith and paid to have winterizing done, they never said a word about what they broke, I would like to have my door replaced since this is something they have broken, we use the washer/dryer combo every year with no problems what so ever. I want it back useable again!

We did winterize his washer and dish washer in his camper. After he took it home he immediately called back to complain about the broken handle on the washing machine. After being completely rude to my service writer she gave the case to me. I went back to the technicians who did the winterize. They said the didn't open the door on a washing like that one. It has a glass door. All they did was turned it on a rinse cycle, once it's hooked up to the antifreeze, and watch through the glass for antifreeze to go in. I explained that to *******. He then started calling me a lier. I offered to fix the handle even though we didn't break it. I asked him to get me the make and model of the washing machine so I could order him a new handle. I would replace it. He told me that he wasn't going to do that and that I would have to send some to his house to get it. I told him that wasn't possible but if he simply drove it back up I would get the information I needed and order it. I got no response until this one
