      I am completely frustrated with this company and will be taking them to court. I was diagnosed with cancer and undergoing treatment in June 2023. Before that I was using my CPAP and an oxygen machine. In September ****************** that with my test results I did not have to use the oxygen machine any longer. I called and asked that the machine be picked up. No one ever came to pick up the machine and it has been sitting at my door since then. I received a bill for $2181.00 for an oxygen machine. When I called to ask about the bill they told me that my ** had to send a script to discontinue the prescription. So I called my **. Then when I called **** back, I was told by another person after speaking with their manager that I did not have to have a script for pick up, however I do need to pay my bill. Talk about money hungry...after they made the mistake of not noting my account that I asked for pick up and now the mistake of telling me that I had to have a script when I don't...any you sill want me to pay a bill for a machine that I have not used since 9/11/2023. I don't think so....

      I would not recommend this place. I called 10/05/23 for a child's nebulizer mask **** After they checked I was told $1.85. Mind you, I said mask ****... I asked some clarifying questions to ensure this was going to be everything I needed. They said just the mask. I asked for the **** Needless to say, I was told the nebulizer cup was $35+ & that is sold separately. However, they didn't check the price of the nebulizer cup as they did for the mask. I have a hard time believing you can get a mask for under $2.00, but the cup/tube is $35+. Anyways, ********* filled this Rx for me. However, it did not come with a child's mask. I was informed by ********* there is no kit that includes a mask. Ok fine. Went back to **** Medical on 10/06/23 at 10:54 am to purchase the $1.85 mask. There was a sign on the door stating, "will return at 11:30 am". Excuse me, your office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm. Therefore, someone should be in there. People go there on their breaks from work & should be able to shop. I was not able to wait around until 11:30 am as I don't have time to waste. Very disappointed.

      While they send receipts for payment, an invoice was requested for reimbursement from BCBSIL.After calling to request an invoice, Billing could not find my order & a copy of the receipt to prove the purchase was made and needed to be sent.After DAYS of waiting for a reply, it was determined that because the order was placed online, the **commerce team had a record of the purchase.While the Invoice was eventually emailed, is this a good business practice that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing? Putting the burden on the customer to prove an order was placed is ******** and simply not acceptable. For the sake of YOUR business ****, I hope changes will be made.

      Beware of this phony company I bought CPAP under my insurance in June of 2021. Paid all monthly payments upfront.**** medical charged me in March and April 22 $127 and now asking to Pay 546$ for the claim that was denied by Insurance in Aug 2021.No communications about denied claim till Nov of 2022. Called the customer service and customer service people are very rude and told me i can not return my equipment due to the sale was converted from lease to sale in June 2022.This is the worst medical company i have ever dealt with.Please be Aware
