    My vehicle was damaged Thursday evening, October 10th, 2024, at approximately 4:40 pm while driving northbound on ********. between I-96 and *********. This damage was a direct result of ongoing road construction in the area: M&M Pavement Marking was painting the roadway and did not protect the work zone. As a result of their negligence, white paint was splashed throughout the passenger-side wheel *****, on the passenger-side of my vehicle, and inside the doorway frames of my vehicle. I have spoken with the "owner" of the construction site *********************************** who confirmed the work that was happening, shared typical best practices (which were not followed), and gave me the contact name and phone number to M&M Pavement Marking.Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to contact them. They're not answering the phone. The office phone "cannot be completed as dialed" and has since been deleted from ****** search ********** insurance company did an investigation and was also unable to contact them. They searched for the company, and no insurance information came up. M&M Pavement Marking cannot simply ignore phone calls from me and my insurance agency. Damage was done by this contractor, it's a simple insurance claim. Accidents happen, that's why they have insurance. ****** search results show similar complaints. Please investigate this contractor and ask that they send their insurance information to me so I can file a claim.
