      Around the end of March, 2021, our 4-season room was completed by Vinyl Sash. We spent about $50,000 on this addition. On numerous occasions afterward, the roof leaked. Sept 23, 2021, Nov 25 & 26, 2021 (this time, it dripped on my wife's laptop, ruining it), Feb 22, 2022, March 11 & 12th, 2022. This last time, we were told that they put down rubber, stretchy tape on the seams and that the problem should be fixed. It was for a little while. On Jan 13, ****, we came into the room to see that all 5 seams were leaking. All over our furniture, floor and paperwork. It was almost raining in the room. I called VS and they weren't open, so I left a message. We contacted them via ******** so that we could supply them with pictures and video that we had taken. We got a phone call back from our salesperson on Jan 17, **** and he was going to speak to the man who comes to do the fixing. As of Jan 26, ****, we haven't received any calls back. We know it's winter and they can't work on the roof very easily, but some information and communication would be nice.Today, my wife went to pick up some paperwork off her desk and it is soaking wet. Sometime, overnight, we had another leak.We think we have been patient enough - having them make "fixes" that don't work. We have furniture that is getting ruined, electronics ruined, and carpet soaked. We would like the roof replaced and for them to do what they need to for a final fix, so the roof doesn't leak anymore. No leaking tomorrow, 3 months from now, or 3 years from now.

      We have been in contact with the ******* to resolve the issue of the leak. Our service manager and roof installer have been to the home to inspect the sunroom for potential causes of the leak. We have discussed these potential causes and have established a plan to eliminate the leak. Part of this plan is to educate the homeowners on proper maintenance of the gutter system to prevent waste build up, and therefore water backing up. Our service manager will execute our plan of sealing different vulnerable points and cleaning the gutters. At this time, we feel that the issues expressed by our customers have been addressed appropriately.

      Hired and paid Vinyl Sash to install a new, 4-Season Room around two years ago. The 4-Season room has leaked, at several different places, ever since installation. They send a worker out to repair, probably over six times now, and it's still LEAKING water on the plywood floor, which now may be growing "MOLD". We hear different excuses every time, and we still can't use the 4-Season room, which we paid over $30,000 for. Please help my wife ****** and I get our 4-Season room fixed.We are sad that we still can't use this 4-Season room for Birthday Party's and Holidays; couldn't use the last two Christmas 's and will miss using it this weekend for my wife ****** and Grandson ****** Birthday, April 8th, and another Easter.

      Vinyl Sash made arrangements for ********************** to go and look at problem on 04/07/23 and temporary repairs were completed.

      The problem is very unusual and involves an upper deck system above our patio room.

      We will be back to ************** before end of week.

      Will let you know when completed. Have to order some materials.

      New rubber roof installed this morning including the wrapping of posts going up to existing deck. This should take care of problem. We will continue to watch as we go forward. The cost of this project was $1700.00 of which Vinyl Sash covered completely.
