      November 13, 2024:Order for windows placed with Rycenga; told there was a 5-week lead time.November 15, 2024:Paid in full for windows $6,698.45.December 18, 2024 (Approx.):Five weeks pass with no word from Rycenga. Upon checking in, we discover the windows were never ordered by ***** Rycenga promises compensation (none received, nor discussed at that time).February 6, 2025 (Approx. 10 weeks later):Windows arrive. Contractor removes storm windows but finds all ************************** the wrong size by Rycenga.February 6, 2025:***** and **** meet with **** at Rycenga. Agreement reached for windows at cost ($4,603.40); new price and PO signed by ***** **** promises a check for the discount will be ready the following week.Week of February 10, 2025:**** called to check on the discount check. **** states checks are cut on Thursdays and can be picked up then.February 14, 2025 (Friday):Visit 1: Told **** is out and no one can locate the check. Asked to return later.Visit 2: Returned but still no check.Visit 3: Still no check after three visits that ********* Call:A sales associate calls **** a "dumb ass" (4:45PM) and promises a callback by 5 PM no call received.**** spoke to ***:Confirms no check was issued; **** Rycenga (Owner) hadnt approved the refund.Offers a possible $1,000 refund instead of the agreed-upon amount.States **** must meet with **** Rycenga to discuss the situation, with the option to cancel the order if no resolution is found.February 18, 2025:***** and **** decide to cancel the order due to Rycengas communication failures and ordering errors.February 19, 2025:Morning: *** states the windows are now in production and cannot be canceled.**** calls North Star, who indicates partial cancellation may be possible.Meeting with **** Rycenga:**** refuses to cancel the order or issue a refund, contradicting prior promises.

      The company has responded and is giving us a full refund. Please disregard this complaint

      They have received a partial refund and will receive the balance when 2 windows that are installed are returned .
