I had my house painted this june2022. The entire house paint job is bubbling and separating. They took a piece off the back of the house and said its your old paint and we dont cover that. The paint job previously never bubbled. I dont believe they properly prepped the house.

On October 11, 2022 CertaPro owner ********************* and two ******************************* paint representative arrived at ******* home to view the bubbling paint. The cause of the paint failure was determined to be the original coating releasing from the home. Both paint representatives agreed. The warranty provided by CertaPro does not cover pre-existing paint failure conditions. However, the areas of failure were limited in size and CertaPro has scraped and sanded the affected areas and will recoat them once the weather allows. The final touch up painting is to be completed on 10-20-22 at no cost to *****. ***** has agreed to this resolution. We are happy to help resolve this situation with ***********
