    Poor customer service and policies, steer clear. To preface, I’ve given this company a lot of business the past two summers. And I had a few issues with a couple plants this past summer, and they refuse to do right by me. After spending the amount that I have with this company, it’s unconscionable that they would not work with me or operate amicably. There were notified within three months of planting, that the flower seemed to be struggling, and I gave it until the following spring to see if it would recover. They refuse to do right, despite my notification and constant patronizing. Find a different nursery that values their customers and actually offers a reasonable guarantee for perennials.

    Our 60-day guarantee is in place to give customers ample time to report any issues so we can resolve them quickly. In this case, the concerns were reported nearly 11 months after the original purchase, which is outside of our warranty window, and unfortunately, we’re unable to offer replacements or refunds beyond that timeframe. We cannot be held accountable for the plants when they have not been in our care for so long.


    That said, we never take customer loyalty for granted. While we have to follow our policy to be fair and consistent, we also value your continued business. Our team has already gone above and beyond to offer you a courtesy 50% refund on your order as a gesture of goodwill, and I'm sorry this offer was found to be offensive.


    We recognize that not every situation ends in perfect satisfaction, but we remain committed to transparency, consistency in our policies, and the quality of our plants.


    We do appreciate your past business and wish you the very best with your garden moving forward.

    Today, I received the four (4) plants I ordered. My order number is Order G324565, which I placed on May 30, 2024. All four (4) of the plants are extremely small in size. They appear to be small cuttings, starter plants. I am really dissatisfied with the size and the condition of the plants that I paid more than $65.00 for. They are over priced compared to the Orange and Red Trumpet Plants that are being sold at my local plant nursery. I do not recommend that this place. I do not recommend that anyone order plants online. Go to your local nursery or send someone. One (1) of the "Tecoma Ful. CHICKLET Orange (Trumpet ****)" arrived broken and damaged. It also has a very strong unpleasant nasty smell (like something is rotten). There were lots of the dead leaves where in the box.I will either ship the plant back to you- when I receive a return shipping label. Or, I will immediately dispose of it.Please see the attached pictures that I took along with the shipping box that it came in. My hope is that you will replace all of them immediately by sending me the size that they advertised. I ordered them as a gift. I am now requesting a full refund or a full replacement of regular size plants.

    I recently ordered plants from Great Garden Plants for a memorial garden that I created with my daughter-in-law in memory of our 6 month old grandson, *****. We each have a "***** *********************** and wanted to add matching plants for his birthday and Christmas. I specifically chose Great Garden Plants because of their online selection and placed an order for two Pardon My Purple Bee Balm and two Candy Mountain Foxglove plants on July 11th, 2023.While two of the plants thrived and brought us joy this spring, the other two, unfortunately, did not germinate. This was particularly disappointing given the sentimental significance of the garden. We look forward to seeing the plants bloom each year as a way to remember *****, and the missing plants left a gap in our plan.Great Garden Plants boasts a wonderful selection, and their website makes it easy to find unique varieties. However, my experience with inconsistent plant viability has led me to reconsider them as my go-to source. I may need to return to my local nursery for future additions to our ***** Gardens, where I can inspect the plants before purchase and ensure they meet my needs.Overall, I would recommend Great Garden Plants with reservations. Their selection is impressive, but my experience highlights the risk of online plant purchases, especially for a project with a high sentimental value. If you choose to order from them, be prepared for the possibility of some plants not surviving shipment or failing to germinate.

    Wonderful plants! Quick shipping! Excellently packaged! Healthy, lovely Stonecrop arrived. Nice that they included planting instructions and guidelines. Highly recommend!
